Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets as in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge, valley gutter,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with coach screw complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick Asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge Fixed with coach screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 2mm Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for PVC (SWR) bends of 110 mm dia bore any radius with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white, the frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers, hangers of GI wire 2mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc., the last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall, flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacturer instructions, including taking down wall/ceiling boards(fibre, pulp insulation etc) or inslutation boards any thickness including fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet and single side prelam PVC sheet used, inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing, including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt,old roof tiles,including taking down cement plaster cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus,moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measurd and paid separately)

M&L for applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen @ 0.30 kg per square metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane @ 0.20Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work /stone walls built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per above Srl Item No 19 but except brick complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B2,1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in post holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel works as in posts and struts,purlin,truss,wind tie etc cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc; including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings,truss, purlin etc 40 Sq Cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second class hard-wood as in scantlings,truss, purlin etc,timber framed and fixed in wrought complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for Second class hard-wood in scantlings,truss, purlin etc,timber framed and fixed in wrought complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6, including taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down old cement plaster, at any height complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement,including taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall over 2 mm thick wall care putty over a coat of chalk whitening primer including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.
