Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified..

Brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 2 but except bricks, all as specified. (Servicable bricks retrieved from Serial Item No 01 shall be used).upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster in any thickness from brick or stone etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc upto G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

M & L for 15 mm thick internal rendering in cement mortar 1:6 other than fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces finished complete all as specified.

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, chajja and like surface even and fari finished d complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old decorated plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls by scraping the surfaces, brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, mould, mass and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete removal of existing treatment etc and applying one coat of washable distemper on wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces by primer and filling cracks/holes with putty, up to G+5 storey bldg complete all as specified.

Description all as per serial item No. 9 above, but two coats of washable distemper, complete all as specified and directed.
