Cleaning the steel surface by chipping, scraping, wire brushing or by any mechanical means so as to get a completely rust free surface as per the direction of EIC , removing all the scale and rust, de-greasing the surface by pickling in dilute hydrochloric acid and thereafter attending painting, to the following capacity & size of steel pontoons, hopper barge & steel frames of dredger by applying one coat Zinc Phosphate primer and thereafter applying two coat High Build Black paint over the external surface above water level area and finish black and deck green paint (Marine quality) over the outer shells and deck plate,towing post, bollards etc. The rate is inclusive of all labour charges, cost of paints, thinner, painting materials, scaffolding materials, chipping hammer, wire brush and other tools and plants required, port charges, LWC, GST etc. complete. 01 No. 250 Ton cap.
