Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improvework ability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable separately.All works upto plinth level. i) Providing M-30 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/RMC.

Extra for laying reinforced cement concrete in or under water and/ or liquid mud including cost of pumping or bailing out water and removing slush etc., complete. Note: - The quantity will be calculated by multiplying the depth measured from the subsoil water level upto thecentre of gravity of the R.C.C. under subsoil water with the quantity of R.C.C. in cubic meter executed under subsoil water. The depth of centre of gravity shall be reckoned correct to 0.1 m, 0.05 m or more shall be taken as 0.1 and less than 0.05 m ignored. No extra payment shall be made for placing reinforcement or centering & shuttering under subsoil water conditions.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc.
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level A) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
Add or deduct for using more or less cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.
Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on Plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr.All kind of soil:50% Ordinary Rock: 50%
Extra rates for quantities of works executed: in or under water and or liquid mud,including pumping out water as required.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :-
Sand for an average lead of 22 Km.
Stone aggregate below 40mm nominal size for an average lead of 22 Km.
