Comprehensive Service/Repair/maintenance and monthly visit for regular maintenance for the Automation of intelligent addressable fire alarm control panel and flowchart based programmable RTU at tech flight hanger, 102 SQN hanger, Logistic Hanger , BCR Building, AFNET site -2, and EE hall including checking testing and cleaning of Loop card ,Main board, LCD display, Printer Panel, AC filter, Transformer, Lead acid batteries, Inverter, Multisensor, sounder, MCP, Beam Detector, Repeater Panel, Zone monitor Module, UV&IR detector, Remote Response indicator, Loop Isolator, Amplifier and Loud speakers carrying out normal repairs for the trouble free and efficient functioning of the entire fire alarm system by providing one engineer for Monthly visit all as directed AND AS PER SPECIFIED NFPA 72 and Guidelines. Note:- (i) Cost of new components shall be paid for separately under relevant items of schedule 'A" (ii) Contractor's rep will visit minimum once in a month to every panel and take serviceability certificate duly signed by the user.

Dismantling, Servicing of multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric as per exact locations with the help of manufacturer's instructions and testing for exact fault locations including cleaning through air blower then reinstalling every six month complete all as specified and as directed.

Serviceability and testing of inverter once in every month complete all as specified and as directed.

Serviceability and Testing of Beam detector and its transmitter and receiver alignment with testing kit as and when directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Serviceability and Testing of UV & IR flame detector and its alignment to detect flame with Testing Kit and when directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of GSM SIM card services with validity SMS packs for 8 months for control & monitoring charges. Note:- GSM service provider shall be chosen (as per network availability) by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs 12 V, 42 AH battery for Inverter supply for back up to all FACP and RTU panel complete all as specified and as directed. Make: EXIDE/AMAR RAJA/AMCO/AMARON

Supply & fix in repairs Printer Cartridge and Printer Paper Roll complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive Service/Repair/maintenance/including spares and monthly visit for regular maintenance for the Automation of Wireless SCADA based temperature and Humidity monitoring system) (MAKE: CIMCON) of air conditioning plant installed at MES office at WSA Air force station Chabua by one factory trained Technician/Software Engineer. The scope of work includes carrying out complete maintenance/ servicing/ repairs as required of all the above sub systems viz. RTU based control panels (with all the accessories), RTD sensors, Humidity sensors, communication MODEM (with all its accessories) Humidity indicator, Temperature indicator, SCADA system etc. (with all its accessories), breakdown maintenance as and when required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. More over details of servicing are as under.
