2.6.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil .

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

2.27D.1 Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, including all leads and lift etc., complete for making play fields, running trees and courtyards.

4.1.2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:11/2:3 (1 cement:1 1/2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.1.2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5.2.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5.3.1 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams , suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.9.1 Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form for:Foundations , footings, bases of columns ,etc. for mass concrete.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames.

5.9.2 Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames.

5.9.3 Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : suspended floors, roofs, landings , balconies and access platform - Using steel sheet with M.S.frames.

5.22.6 Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars (TISCON/ VIZAG / IISCO /SAIL / JSW) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre .

6.4.1 Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

10.27 Supplying and fixing of steel grill work of m.s. angles,flats,squares and pipes including cost of welding charges, fixing in position in masonry walls with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nnominal size) including one coat of priming coat etc. complete.

13.16.1 6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

13.48.2 Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as permanufacturers specifications - Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture.

15.7.4 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar .

20.1.2 Providing, driving and installing driven cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of specified diameter and length below the pile cap M35 in cement concrete, to carry safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of shoe and the length of pile to be embeded in the pile cap etc., all complete. (length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) : 450mm dia. piles.
