Material & Labour for 20mm thick Granite stone slab machine cut, table rubbed mirror pre-polished laid over 15mm thick cement screed (1:6) including jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including cutting, chamferefiring to all exposed edges including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick or concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing out with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash over 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated ceiling surfaces or newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
