Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator). Wiring with 2x4 sqmm(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 mm x 100 mm x 63mm TW switch box for 15 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour, with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point. Supply and fixing of single box type 4'x18w crystal glass LED Tube light with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting. (SD-88)

Supply and fixing of horizontal type 4 way triple pole neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure double door (metal) with 40A 4 pole MCB solater as incoming and 12 Nos. 6A to 32A SP MCB as outgoing in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection. Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A three phase service connection with 3 Nos. 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit (SD-127)

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (One cement two CS sand and four aggregate) using 20mm size ISS gauge HBBG metal including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Finishing the top with one course of Solar Roof Tiles of Std. size laid in cm 1:3 mix mixed with water proofing compound as per Indian standard 2% by weight of cement used and pointed with the same mortar etc., complete
