Repair of Sunken Treatment, flooring/tilling, sanitary, plumbing at Md Accn and OTM Accn in the area of AGE B/R-III under GE (West) Delhi Cantt.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken floor of RCC slab as following steps complete all as specified and directed.-

(a) After cleanig the surface applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm over and including 20mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on bottom/sides of RCC.( WPC measured and paid separetely as supply only)

(b) Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) on cleaned plastered surfaces @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) as recommended by manufacturers. Then Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical pidifin 2K as manufactures recommendations. After Apply second coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) layer glass fibre mesh as recommended by manufacturers.

(c) Spouts of 40mm dia GI pipes light grade projecting at least by 150mm clear of face of the outer wall.

(d) 30 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be provided on bottom.

(e) After laying of CI connections apply two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.7 kg/sqm over vertical sides and floor of sunken portion.

(f) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using 40mm brick aggregate after carrying out required test for joints/water proofing. Note 1:- The treatment shall also be provided over side wall upto a ht of 150 mm above FFL

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make only complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in floors finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
