Comprehensive routine maintenance of Window / Split type ACs units of 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity units of different makes installed at various locations as per inventory attached, i/c repairing / replacement of remote, capacitor running type, all types of defective parts,gun metal taps,electronic parts, float valve assembly excluding topping up of refrigerant in compressor, refrigeration pipe, PCB for indoor/outdoor complete as per terms and conditions, and timing as per direction of Engineer -in- charge & wherever reqd. (Note:- i) During the period of Summer Season & duration as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge ii) Maintaining of Complaints will be recorded by the agency in the AC Task/Complaint register) (102 Units X 8 Months = 816 Units)

Complete servicing of WTAC/STAC/unit of 1/1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity including dismantling the AC from its existing position at various locations/grill/window cutting,washing with High pressure water spray electric machine coil cleaning with D- Scaling Chemical, drying with air blower ,oiling, greasing, of blower fans cleaning of evaporative and condensing coil with suitable chemical like coil cleaner, as required in its existing position complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge & wherever reqd.

Replacement of printed circuit assembly (PCB) of the Existing indoor Unit Split/WTAC AC 1.5/2.0 TR Complete with connection & Testing etc. as required at side in the machine as per requirement & approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Dismantled material shall be retained by the contractor).

Replacement of printed circuit assembly (PCB) of the Existing Outdoor Unit Split AC/WTAC 1.5/2.0 TR with connection & Testing etc. as required at side in the machine as per requirement & approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Dismantled material shall be retained by the contractor).

Repairing of PCB card of 1.5/2 TR capacity WTAC/split type AC unit having following capacity after dismantaling the defective card from AC unit & refixing the same i/c connections of electrical wires/cables & thimbles connection, testing & commissioning etc. complete as required.

Supplying & charging of Refrigerant gas (R-22/32/refrigerant suitable as per requirement of AC unit) in the following type capacity AC units i/c leakage testing removing the leakage, pressure testing, flushing the complete system, vacuumising and gas charging complete as required. (Cost for gas & labour charges already included in the below mentioned item) (Note:- Quantity of gas filled shall be entered in Consumption Register maintained by the agency) a) In 1.5 TR WTAC/STAC capacity

b) In 2.0 TR STAC capacity

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 19 mm thick insulation as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required : a) 6.4 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm

b) 12.7 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm

Supplying & Fixing of 5 KVA capacity automatic voltage stablizer with time delay relay and high/low voltage trip facility input voltage 150 V to 270 V and output voltage 195 V to 245 Volt +10% with copper flexible cable connection etc. as required at site.

Supplying & Fixing of 4 KVA capacity automatic voltage stablizer with time delay relay and high/low voltage trip facility input voltage 150V to 290V±10% and output voltage 220±10% with copper flexible cable connection etc. as required at site.

Supplying & fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 25 A modular socket outlet and 25 A modular SP MCB, "C" curve including connections, painting etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing suitable 1.5 TR/2.0 TR capacity WTAC unit & both indoor & outdoor in case of STAC etc. with equipments complete as reqd.

Re-Installation of STAC Unit existing suitable 1.5 TR/2.0 TR capacity STAC unit & both indoor & outdoor in case of STAC etc. with equipments complete as reqd.
