M & L for MS Special fitting of IS 1239 and wall thickness not less than 5mm any type spigot and socket ends or flanged pipe as required at site (such as bend, taper, Tee, flange, socket etc) Socket end/ flanged as ordered of any size from 80mm to 300mm as required at site including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and 2 coats of acrylic paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The weight of the fittings shall be measured and paid as given in relevant IS or actually provided whichever is less. (ii) All fittings shall bear relevant IS stamping marking and most adhere to the IS. (iii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (iv) Cost of the joints and jointing materials shall be deemed to be included in the relevant items of DI pipes here-in-before.
