M&L 9 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with nails to timber frame work in walls and Ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Dismantling of timber fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L second class hard wood timber scantling plain fillets square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads, sectional area exc. 13 Sq cm n.exc 25 Sq cm secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L second class hard wood timber scantling bull?nosed, splayed,chamfered or rounded on one edge or face, secured with nails or brads, sectional area exc. 3 Sq cm n.exc 6 Sq cm secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repair for SDC Laminated flooring 8mm thick of any coloured, manufactured by Direct Pressure Laminated (DPL) wherein the empty Abrasive aluminium oxide overlay alongwith metamine impregnated decorated film is directly fused with the back with flooring locking profile in designed with double click locking system on the length and single locking width alongwith desire locking strength laid over 1mm thick foam base, complete including removal of existing flooring, all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.50 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down of chowkats with shutter (without taking of shutter from frame) n exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m not exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pressed steel frames size 125mmX60mm for doors with one or more rebates incuding necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of steel Surfaces new or untreated and apply one coat of red oxide, zink chrome and two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces including washing rubbing down and scrapping smoke soot moulds, moss and greasing sports with steel wire brush and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of exterior emulsion tera cota complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of walls including cornices and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation old surfaces of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying three coat of white/lime wash on walls including cornices, pilasters etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Plastering 5 mm thick in concrete surfaces on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of plastered or unplastered and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Ladders, scaffolding will be provided by Contractor where required)

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding and frame work set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as sub base to floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for new Soakage well 3 mtr Dia and 3 mtr depth using Randum rubble masonary with 150 mm Cover slab with 12mm dia TMT bars@ 150c/cwith nacessary form work including Demolition existing unserviceasble/broken soakage well of any capacity by filling of earth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully alluminium / copper point wiring complete for light, fan, socket or power point etc with fittings fixtures such as ceiling rose, holders, electric fittings, switchs, sockets, aluminium conductor cable with and incl wooden batten or FR PVC conduit and its accessories such as wooden gutties, rawl plugs, GI screws, aluminium clips, nails etc complete and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original i.e. brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete for one light point / exhaust fan point / bell point controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push, with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 20 mm dia medium grade and PVC conduit fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers with and including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with and incl Metal flush box of suitable size for fixing modular switches / sockets etc and making good surface by wall panelling etc, complete all as directed.
