Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etccomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Self Curing Ready Mix Plaster of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm, pre-packaged, ready-to-use formulated with cement, graded sand, polymers, and special self-curing compounds on external surfaces of walls, chajja, facia at any height with necessary scafolding surface finished even and smooth including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing for plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified including disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling ,soffits of slab and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including over a coat of 1 mm thick putty on newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on old surfaces of walls complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying plaster of paris putty of min 1mm thickness to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as speciifed. Note:- Paint to be applied with airless spray machine .
