SH-I : Electrical works

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of industrial type 200 LPH RO water purifier consisting of raw water pump, sediment filter, carbon filter, anti scaling dosing system, Micron cartridge filter, high pressure pump, membrane and all other standard accessories like pressure gauges, flow meter, solenoid valve, micro controller based automation panel board with provision of low & high pressure safety, water level sensor, interconnection CPVC piping, SS or MS power coated skid with anti rusting pads etc. as per OEM standards complete as required as per technical specification. Note: These RO units are to be installed in different schools of near by villages to Airport.

Supply & fixing 750 Liter capacity, four layer proof, anti bacterial with heat reflective technology, food grade plastic storage tank on existing foundation including providing locking and cleaning arrangement, float valve etc. and attachment with water purifier with CPVC piping etc. complete as per site requirement and technical specifications.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ISI marked 2500 VA voltage stabilizer for above RO water purifier for input voltage range 170 V - 270 V, output voltage 230 V, 50 Hz, AC and having initial delay time, low and high voltage cut off etc. complete as required.

Supply and laying of 3 core 4 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed, copper conductor flexible industrial cable 1100 V confirming to IS 694.

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 32 A 240 V "C" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Annual comprehensive maintenance contract of above RO unit for one year after defect liability period including periodical replacement of filter cartridges and replacement of other accessories on as and when required basis to maintain the rated quantity of water output complete as per OEM standards.

SH-II : Civil works

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc Internal work - Exposed on wall 20 mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal work - Exposed on wall 15 mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality : 20 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality : 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing G.I. Union in G.I. pipe including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (New work) : 20 mm nominal bore.

Painting G.I. pipes and fittings with synthetic enamel white paint with two coats over a ready mixed priming coat, both of approved quality for new work :15 mm diameter pipe.

Painting G.I. pipes and fittings with synthetic enamel white paint with two coats over a ready mixed priming coat, both of approved quality for new work : 20mm diameter pipe.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm.
