Dismantling and Taking up the following unseviceable/rusted ductile Iron water mains pipes laid in trenches or floor (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints complete all as specified and directed :-

DI pipe 150 mm bore size

DI pipe 100 mm bore size

Supply and laying 150mm dia centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipes with double flanged end, class K-9 conforming to IS-8329/2000 (latest revision) with inside cement mortar lining and metalic zinc coating and outside black bitumen coating and having portland cement properties suitable for gasket joints including suitable size of rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washer but excluding DI specials complete all as specified and directed . Make :- Electrosteel/Tata Metalics/ Electotherm (India Ltd)/Jai Balaji

All as item No 02 here in before but 100mm diameter complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Electrosteel/Tata Metalics/ Electotherm (India Ltd)/Jai Balaji

M&L for rubber gasket joint for 150mm dia flanged DI pipe with gasket and suitable size of nuts, bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 here in before but for 100mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Dimantling and taking up of old fittings and supply and fixing DI/CI specials class K-12 both end flanged or both end spigot/socket or one end flanged and other end spigot/socket any type such as bends, tapers, reducers, duck foot bend, tee pieces (single and double branch), etc including cutting of pipes for upto 150 mm dia ductile iron pipe as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up the following corroded/leakage MS pipes & connected unserviceable valves etc. of any size from trenches/ floors/walls of different sizes for replacing with necessary fittings and valves etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for MS Pipes 150 mm dia heavy grade conforming to IS 1239:1990 complete with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc including connection of pipe and valve by carrying out necessary welding, suitable size of nuts and bolts, washers etc for fixing rising pipe in high rise bldg and upto 6th floor incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled red colour paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer and shall be painted with electrical spray machine on directed location complete all as specified and directed . Make : TATA/JINDAL/BANSAL/NEZONE Note: a) Care of labours for working on multistoried bldg shall be the responsibility of the contractor . (b) Pipe jointing material such as flange joints , bends, and supporting clamps on wall will be measured and paid separately. (c) Self supporting steel scafolding charge shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for construction of masonary inspection pit/valve pit of size 1200x1200x1000mm internally with burnt brick (Sub class "B") full brick thick brick work in cement mortor (1:6), 15 mm thick full plastering in CM (1:4) internally and externally upto 150mm below the ground level, 150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregated) as in foundation bed with 150mm all round ofset from outer side of brick work, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover with handle and locking arrangement hinged with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron frame embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregated) as coping etc including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer on steel surfaces including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing control wiring of MCP and hooter with 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor wire in 25mm PVC heavy duty casing caping complete including taking out old u/s wirings all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for taking out/ laying CI/GI/DI pipes and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil at a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting road/concreate surface for laying of DI/MS pipe and making good of disturbed surface with PCC (1:3:6) type to match with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed:

Disconnecting/ dismantling of old unsv fire hose box cabinet outdoor type and suppply and fixing hose box made of 16 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm (1.2 mm thickness) with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet (1.2mm thickness) painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specifid and directed. Disconnecting/ dismantling of old unsv fire hose box cabinet indoor type and suppply and fixing hose box made of 16 gauge MS Sheet 1200mm X 900mm X 450mm (1.20mm thickness). with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet (1.20mm thickness) painted with powder coated paint fire red on external /internal surfaces and fixed on floor/ wall of bldg complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix rubber hose reel of 20mm external dia and 30 metre long inside the indoor type fire hos box cabinet with reel drum including stainles steel (SS) shut off nozzle conforming to IS 5132 incl dismantling and taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix 63 mm dia 15 meter long canvas non-percolating flexible delivery hose conforming to IS 636-1988 complete with SS male and female delivery coupling made conforming to IS 903 incl dismantling and taking out old one complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix branch pipe SS 63mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet,15mm bore nozzle short incl dismantling and taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting old Fire hydrant SS adapter of any make and type and supply & fixing SS adapter for 63 mm fire hydrant valve conforming to IS: 903 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnectiong, supply and fixing fire brigade inlet connection 150 mm dia, 4 way complete incl dismantling and taking out old one complete all as specified and directed. Make : Safex/Firex/Minimax

Supply and fixing fire hydrant stand post,made up of 80 mm dia heavy duty MS pipe,1.5 mtr height, flanged type stand post position as per site requirment including disconnecting old one, necessary earth work, new fibre board gasket and nut, bolt & washers incl taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. Make : Safex/Firex/Minimax Note : Fire Hydrant valve shall be measured separately under respective item.

S & F for MS bend 150mm dia flange type short bend 45 (degree) with angle holes , nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

Sipply and fixing for MS air release valve suitable for 150mm CI pipe to fix on raising main of respective blocks complete all as specified and directed

M & L for double layer self supporting steel scafolding to external perimeter of building duly cross braced and properly aligned for the functional aspect and safety of both workers and the buildings having above 20m height complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix steel U-clamp with nuts and washers suitable for fixing of 150mm MS pipe with MS section /supports etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing Sheet glass of 4mm thickness in hose box door, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in rectangular shape n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting 150mm/100/80 mm bore MS pipe line new/old including valves fittings etc after removing old paind/rust from the surface by paint removers /scrapers etc over the surface of pipeline and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled red colour paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer and shall be painted with compressor operated spray machine on directed location complete all as specified and directed.
