Nanded Division- Provision of Retro fitted Emission Control Devices for various capacity DG sets over the division.

Financial Eligibility Criteria: The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or V whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees. N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover.

Electrical License: The tenderer shall possess a valid Electrical Contractor License, issued by any State Government or Union Territory Administration, authorizing execution of electrical works up to 650 V. The contractor shall have in his employment or shall engage a person holding a valid certificate of competency issued by any State Government or Union Territory Administration for supervision of electrical works up to 650 V. Offers not accompanied by a valid Electrical Contractor License and requisite Supervisor competency for works up to 650 V shall be summarily rejected. Note: In case of expiry of validity of license during contract, the contractor should renew the license so that it is always valid during contract

Technical Eligibility Criteria: (a) The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month before the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or Two similar works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.

Definition of Similar nature of work: "Works of Installation, testing and commissioning of DG sets (with or without supply of DG sets of at least 50% capacity of the proposed DG set KVA rating). OR AMC/Repairs/modification work of DG sets with or without AMF panels of at least 50% of the proposed DG set KVA rating."

The firm must submit a valid TYPE APPROVED CERTIFICATE of Retrofit Emission Control Device for relevant KVA ratings DG Sets, issued by any of the CPCB recommended agencies (i) Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI, Pune, Maharashtra) (ii) International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT, Manesar, Haryana)(iii) Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP, Dehradun, Uttarakhand)(iv) Vehicle Research Development Establishment (VRDE, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra) at the time of bid submission. Type Approval Certificate Documents of RECD should mention details of the online monitoring system, verified by any of the Four CPCB recommended labs. The RECD should replace the silencer of the DG set without increase in noise level. Noise validation test report should be shared by the RECD OEM issued by any of the CPCB recommended labs highlighting the noise with RECD is less than or equal to noise with silencer with maximum 1% tolerance in noise level on any KVA rating

In case the date of closing mentioned in the Notice Inviting Tender is declared a holiday/bandh/strike etc. on any account, the date of closing tender online will not be changed as the application in the website of IREPS does not permit submission of any offer after closing date and time of the tender. However, opening of tenders online will be on any convenient day after the closing date/time of tenders.

Opening of e-tender online:- The e-tenders will be opened online using the IREPS portal. No representative is required to be present for opening of tender and taking notes of rates quoted and ranking as the complete details of rates etc. of all the bidders shall be available to the bidders in the website after the opening of the tender.
