'Notes: (i) Please refer Schedule 'A' Notes of tender documents.

M&L for removing blockage from WC's, traps (P-trap/ floor trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole complete all as directed. Note :(i) This item includes cleaning of all the traps and pipes of toilet block/kitchen irrespective of Nos and length of pipes involved, up to first man hole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose. (ii) In case the blockage reoccurs in the same location with in the month, the same shall be cleared by the contractor at his own cost and no extra payment shall be made for the repetitive cleaning.

M&L for cleaning of blockage in existing sewage line of 100mm to 200mm dia from one manhole to next manhole and washing through in fresh water including removing all sludge from the sewage lines and disposing off sludge outside the defence land (area specified by the municipal carporation for disposal) complete all as directed. NOTE :- Cost of all T&P and transportation required is included in quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt.

Cleaning of blockage in existing sewage line of 300mm to 450mm dia from one manhole to next manhole and washing through in fresh water including removing all sludge from the sewage lines and disposing off sludge outside the defence land (area specified by the municipal carporation for disposal) complete all as directed. NOTE :- Cost of all T&P and transportation required is included in quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil exceeding 1.50 metre and not exceeding 3 metre depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Taking up/out cast iron Pipe of 100 mm bore water mains including all fittings with spigot and socketed ends or flanged ends including burning out lead joints or dismantling flanged joints for pipe of following bore complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to gear box of ariaator motors by greasing ,replacement of bearing ,replacement of shaft for Gear box to areaitor ,iron coupling reqd at site testing and commissioning of motor on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete and all as directed and specified. (Incl taking out induction motor and lowering after suitable repair and minor /major items reqd it to make functional at site deemed to be icluded in quated rate )

Supply & lay in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy dutyelectric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of crosssectional area 16 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed.
