Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, disposal of upto upto a distance of 50m outside the peiphery of the areas as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing laying spreding & compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macacam specificationincluding pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, layng in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve th desired compaction as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road and bridge works.

Providing plain cement concrete with CC (1:2:4) using 12mm size h.g. chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting including wtering curing cost conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials cost of all labour with cost of allT&P required for the work etc complete.

Providing and laying of interlocking cement concrete paver block pavements (M40) having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Clearing existing black topped surface including removal of foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, seeeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dustong with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment etc complete asper direction of Engineer charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing & laying semi dense bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to required grade to proper camber & consolidation with vibratory and tandem rollers to acieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 0f Mosrt&h Specification including hire & running charge etc. complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridges and culverts (expansion joints), admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.
