CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC SANITATION

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix, (one part of cement, four part of sand and eight part of aggregate) mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 28 V,VI S25

Supplying and filling with Well gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for filling, watering & consolidation etc., complete as per standard specification

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix,(one part of cement, one and half part of sand and three part of aggregate) mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete and other incidental charges to site etc., complete. as per standard specification 28 V,VI S25

Supply and fabrication of steel using TMT rods for all Reinforced cement concrete works including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for cutting, bending and placing the rod in position and tying up the rods with binding wire and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification SS 86 & 86A V,VI, VII (S6) 7,3

Supply and erection of steel centering, shuttering for soffits and sides including necessary support strutting for all RCC works using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10 stiffened with MS angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over Silver Oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm space at 10cm c/cand supported by Casurino Prop 10cm-13cm spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete and as directed by Departmental Officers.

Weathering course with concrete of broken Brick jelly in pure slacked lime over roof slab the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope & thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Finishing with top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 20cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same water proofing compound mixed with cement motar ,red oxide, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (For electronic regulator)(SD.No.24)

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter lockingWall socket with 5A Flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point. Supply and fixing of single box type 4' 20 W LED fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting. of approved quality including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges to site etc., complete. as per standard specification (SD 88)
