SPL REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE EARTHING AND LIGHTENING ARRESTORS UNDER GE (AF) TECH AREA AT AF STN AGRA

Dismantling / taking down old unserviceable earthing pit any type/any size including necessary excavation and earth work and demolishing the pits and retrieved the scrap for considering in to credit schedule complete all as apecified and directed.

S&F in repair of Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead, fixed to wall on DMC type insulator or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Copper strip of size 32X6 mm earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on DMC type insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brazing/welding of earthing electrode/strip of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of aluminum strip 25 x 3 mm with porcelain insulator and fixing screws etc. on roof/wall and connecting to test point etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised iron strip of size 50 x 6 mm with saddles/ on DMC type insulators and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors or buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm with saddles/ on DMC type insulators and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors or buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Air termination, single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing pit of PCC (1:3:6:) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) size 550x550x300mm with base 40mm of PCC including wiremesh funnel , AI Frame of size 25x25x3mm at top of Pit to place the cover fixing and placing the pit in existing place with necessary excavation and disposal of old broken pit including all necessary earth work complete all as specified an directed.
