Apply aluminised synthetic resin Concrete curing compounds for the prevention of premature water loss from concrete of product: Antisol®-E(WP) @ 0.10 to 0.20 kg/m2 as manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing rebar of required length & dia with Sika Anchor Fix ® -3/Mungo/Fischer FISV 390/Hilti RE-500 epoxy resin whereever required in RCC members including power drilling for holes (of size 16mmx160mm ), cleaning of holes, filled with epoxy to ensure the bond as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Sika/Fosroc/Pidilite)

M & L for applying one part plasto-elastic coating based on UV-curing acrylic dispersion with excellent crack-bridging properties, protective coating system to achieve DFT (Dry Film Thickness) of 150 microns in two coats after application of one coat of Silane Siloxane modified Primer on concrete surface including Surface preparation by high pressure water jet or manually as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge in recommended RAL Shades. Primer: Sikagard®-551 S @ 0.2 kg/m2. Coating: Sikagard®-550 W Elastic @ 0.2 kg/m2/coat in 2 coats. (Make : Sika/Fosroc/Pidilite)

Making "V" groove of 5mm wide and 5mm deep over crack line by electrically operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower and sealing it with polymer modified mortar as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Make : Sika/Fosroc/Pidilite)

Drilling and fixing NRV injection packers in RC members including, (a) Drilling Holes: Drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendation of engineer in charge. (b) Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Fixing of Packers: Insert 12 mm dia., 50~75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based putty or equivalent. (c) Cutting of Packers: Cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M & L for shrinkage free low viscous epoxy resin based injection grout. Product: Sikadur®-52 as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Sika/Fosroc/Pidilite)

M & L for protection plaster (25 – 30 mm) reinforced with virgin polypropylene mono filament fibres with admixture: Sika® Plastocrete Plus @ 0.10 kg per bag of cement, reinforcement: Sika® Fibre h 150 @ 0.9 kg/cum complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Product requirements admixture: conforms to IS 2645. Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof complete all as spd & directed.

M & L for PCC tiles of size 250mm x 250mm x 22mm thick set and jointed grey cement with pigment including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof slabs, any thickness incl cleaning of roof surfaces and removing the debris upto the distance exc. 1.00Km but n. exc. 1.5Km complete all as spd & directed.

Scraping of old tar felt roof treatment over concrete padding of any thickness etc from roof incl finishes or junction or parapet and cleaning the surface (by mechanical means like grinder, etc) complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding with water proofing compound surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd & directed. (Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

M&L for water proofing treatment in following stages:- 1. Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 with WPC (as per manufactures instructions) over concrete surfaces. 2. First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.40 Kg/Sqm over plastered surface.(Bitumen primer shall be TANK MASTIC of M/S STP Ltd or ‘EMW FLATE’ of M/S Texas India Ltd). 3. Second coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702 Gde 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm applied over bitumen primer. 4. Third layer of APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with a centre core of 90 micron high density polyethylene film protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix, the polymeric asphaltic mix will be protected on both sides with thermo fusable HMHDPE film of make super thermolay manufactured by STP Ltd or ‘Hyper Plas’ (Polyster) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or ‘Shaliplas’ (polyester) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd as approved by GE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish.torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends complete all as specified and as directed. 5. Final coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702 Gde 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm applied over APP membrane. Over this layer stone dust @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm shall be applied uniformly.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) , complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment of sunken RCC slab : (i) Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete exc 15cm thickness for sunken portion of WC, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Apply a coat of cement sullry @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with tapecrete @ 0.253 kg/sqm after surface preparation all as per manufacturer's instructions. (Make of tapecrete : M/s CICO Engg service). (iii) Apply hot bitumen 30/40 (grade S-35) conforming to IS-73-1961 @ 0.70 kg/sqm and providing transparent polythene film 200micron (heavy duty) conforming to IS - 2508-1977 laid with 150mm overlaps. (iv) Then apply 1.5mm thick layer of cement slurry @ 1.288 kg/sqm mixed with tapecrete @ 0.570 kg/sqm and course sand @ 1.298 kg/sqm.
