Providing and laying 80mm thick interlocking paver blocks of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-35 ovar a bed of 30mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. [HSR 10.159]

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level ( HSR 11.9)

Terracing consisting of tiles 22.86 cm x 11.43 cm x 3.81cm laid over 87.50 mm mud filling on a layer of 25 mm mud plaster and an other layer of mud mortar for laying the tiles, including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg. per sqm on top of RCC the slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:3 and top surface to be left clean etc. (HSR 13.13).

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, RAK & JOHNSON. (HSR 14.89)

Providing & fixing vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make in skirting/dados laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thick cement coarse sand mortor 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like: NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, RAK & JOHNSON. (Double charged tiles shall be used as approved by Engineer in charge. (HSR 14.90).

Providing and fixing ceramic tiles / anti skid tile of size 400 mm x 400mm or above size of approved make in flooring, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. Note:- Tile shall be of premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, RAK & JOHNSON. (HSR 14.91)

Providing & fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to I.S. 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colors, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-In-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 coarse and jointed with grey cement slurry, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shades complete. (HSR 14.92) b) Size of ceramic Glazed tiles 300 x 450 mm

15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on the rough side of single or half brick wall. (HSR 15.10)

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, knotting and stopping etc. (Note:- First quality paint/primer of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.2).

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.3).

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). [HSR 16.79 (b)].

Factory manufactured panelled door or glazed window, shutters of commercial hard wood, such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash, etc.,(non-coniferous timber other than teak, conforming to I.S. specification No. 1003, kiln seasoned), with 100 mm wide vetical styles, 150 mm wide lock rail, 200 mm wide bottom rail and 100 mm wide other rails, with panels of 15 mm thick, tongued and grooved of commercial hard wood and including cost of iron hinges, screws, chocks/cleats, stops, nails etc., complete, fixed in position (execluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position) [HSR 17.90 (b)(-)Note (i) under item No. 17.18] iii) 35 mm thick.

Factory manufactured wire gauze door and window shutters of commercial hard wood, such as hollocks, champ, chikrassy and chaplash, etc., (non-coniferous timber other than teak, conforming to I.S. specification No. 1003, kiln seasoned), with 100 mm wide vetical styles, 150 mm wide lock rail, 200 mm wide bottom rail and wire gauze of 140G or 120G designation including cost of iron hinges, screws, chocks/cleats,stops, nails etc., complete fixed in position (execluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same in position) [HSR 17.92 (-)Note (i) under item No. 17.18] ii) 35 mm thick.

Factory manufactured solid flush door shutters, with block board core as per I.S.No. 1659-1969 bonded with water proof type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, hot pressed, conforming to I.S.2202 part I and II , fixed in position including iron hinges, screws, chocks/ cleats and stops, etc.(excluding the cost of any fittings other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position) (a)commercial veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneer on both sides commercial facing with laminated core and lipped edges. [HSR 17.93(a)(iii)(-) Note (i) under item No.17.18] iii) 35 mm thick.

Providing and fixing HDPE water storage tanks of Sintex, Diplast, O.K., Supreme make with covers / lids marked with IS: 12701 on roof top of buildings including cost of hoisting and placing in position, making connections with inlet and outlet pipes, providing overflow and scour provisions with sutiable plug on scour pipe including cost of nipples, washers, flanges for connections in tanks complete in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (except civil work). (HSR 30.119) 1000 Ltr. capacity.

Recovery items:- The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Dismantiling of bricks and Removing of Door and windos in the DNIT. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material after approval from employer. This material will be issued at the price quoted by the agency. However the reserve price is as under:- i) Door @ 800/- Each

ii) Windows @ 500/- Each

iii) Ventilator @ 300/- Each All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this building. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price. Note:- 1. In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR Items of Civil, P.H. work depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR, the unit and nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable. 2. Only reputed make material will be used (make/brand exhibited in HSR and exhibited in approved standard document) as approved by Engineer-in-charge, while executing various items/works at site.
