EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting cast iron and reducing to required length before laying pipes in position for insertion of new tees, branches of different sizes as per site requirement for 100 mm bore complete all as directed.

Construction of valve chamber with inner clear dimension 600 x 600 x 900mm suitable for 80mm sluice Valves with PCC (1:4:8) 150mm thick type D2 for foundation, Brick masonry 230mm wall in CM (1:4), PCC (1:2:4) 75mm type B1 for coping, rendering in CM (1:4) 15mm thick including provision of 3mm thick MS sheet cover and 25 x 25 x 3mm angle frame embedded in coping with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with locking arrangements including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed .

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Taking down existing transformer of capacity 200 KVA safely from the existing platform with the help of hydra by disconnecting the existing LT/HT cables and earthing after taking proper shutdown from the Engineer in charge or his representative . Shifting of the same to the new proposed location of approx 3Km with the help of hydra and suitable load carrying vehicle and placing the same on a new platform with the help of hydra. Making the connections of HT cable, LT cable and earthing strip including testing and commissioning of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick masonry transformer platform of size 1.5m x 1.5m with height 1.2m above GL, cement concrete in foundation of PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 1:3:6 PCC block masonry in cement mortar 1:4, moorum filling sand consolidating inside the brick work, sub base concrete with PCC 1:3:6 and 100mm thick top PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate and 15mm thick (1:4) cement plaster on side walls including two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing diesel generating set of capacity 30KVA from the existing platform with the help of hydra by disconnecting the existing LT cables and earthing after taking proper shutdown from the department. Shifting of the same to the new location of approx 3KM with the help of hydra and suitable load carrying vehicle and placing the same on a new platform with the help of hydra. Making the connections of LT cable and earthing strip complete including testing and commissioning of DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix junction box of size 280mm x 170mm x 130mm(cat No. GS-JB-2817 hinged (L) with aluminium bus bar bag of 50Amps for phase and neutral on porcelain based installations fixed on pole with the help of MS nuts and bolts and MS clamps 2 Nos of size 40mm x 4mm fuse with one MCB SP 6 Amps capacity mounted on rail inside box also includes making suitable hole in the pole to take out connections to fitting if required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

SMART PREPAID METER Supply installation testing and commissioning of smart meters with prepaid metering facility, AC single, intergradation phase, two wire, 240 volts, 5o Hz, 10 to 60 Amps all as per BIS 16444:2014 (Reaffirmed 2020) with plug in type bi directional communication module (The plug in module shall be field swappable/replaceable) suitable for integration with approved communication technology GPRS/RF/Hybrid (GPRS+RF) / any other advanced technology as per CEA/TRAI regulatories etc. easily adoptable for network interface and integration with Advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) complete in all respect all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' Part - XIV (Comprehensive operation including required manning of AMI system) Comprehensive operation and maintenance of AMI system including project implementation & management, all expenditure including periodic charges of telecom operator, smart meter billing and maintenance, for a period of 2 years post completion of work i.e Defects Liability Period.

Schedule 'A' Part - XV (Comprehensive AMC for the lift) Comprehensive AMC for the lift through OEM during first year post defects liablity period for (01 x passenger lift & 01 x goods lifts). This includes regular inspection, servicing and maintenance of lift components, lubrication of all moving parts and cleaning of lifts shafts and pits. Schedule preventive maintenance as per OEMs recommendations replacement of worn-out parts including batteries before they fail to prevent lift breakdowns. Testing and calibrations of safety devices to ensure they function correctly, 24x7 emergency call out services to attend lift breakdowns or malfunctions.

Notes:- (i) In case of lift breakdown or malfunction, the contractor must respond within 2 hours of receiving the notification failure to respond within the specified time will result in a penalty of Rs.1000 per hour of delay. (ii) Routine maintenance visit must be carried out and any missed routine maintenance visit will incur a penalty of Rs. 500 per missed visit. (iii) Detail logs of all maintenance activities must be maintained and made available to the JE/Engineer in charge. Logs must include date and time of maintenance activities performed and parts replaced. (iv) Details reports of any breakdowns, malfunctions or safety incidents must be recorded in the logs as well as to submit the same to JE/Engineer in Charge within two hours of occurrence. The report must include the cause of the incident. Corrective actions taken and preventive measures to avoid recurrence. (v) The comprehensive AMC contractor starts after the post defects period i.e. after the two years post defects liability period. (vi) The comprehensive AMC is for both passenger lift and goods lift. Payment may be taken monthly depending upon and the fund availability. Penalty if any will be deducted from RAR/final bills.
