Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
Providing and fixing STRUCTURAL GLAZING to fixed Blick-orion panels (6mm thick blue green reflected toughened glass outside and 6mm thick clear float toughened glass inside in between 12mm air gap with EPDM gasket) with no aluminium section exposed to outside and only glass panels with silicon joint visible from outside. The system specially designed with Blick-Orion system for facade using self - Hanging mullions up to full height with no transoms or horizontal profile. Bracket are made of M.S. Hot Dip Galvanized, also reinforcement if required any. Extrusions made out of 6005-T6 alloy having minimum Tensile Strength (250 MPa) & High Yield Strength (220Mpa), Mullions has been designed as per ASTM code for deflection criteria {(L/240)+6.35}, design load for wind pressure as per BoQ, Coating on mullions will be super Durable powder coating finish of minimum 60 microns confirming AAMA 2604 (Standard shade), The system is face seal with non bleeding silicone from out side and Silicone compatible EPDM from inside for uniform groove appearance., All accessories and anchors for bracket fixing of grade S.S. 316 (A4-70). Glass at joint is supported on Gravity brackets; and wind load bracket @spacing ranging from 800mm-1200mm as per calculation. The system should be designed with aluminium section of grade 63400 WP IS: 733 and IS: 1285 eletcro colour anodized / pure polyester powder coated in approved shade and colour fixtures as required. The design to be as per the BIS code for required wind pressure IS: 875 part III and use of Aluminium section alloy as per IS: 8147. System design to strictly consider for thermal movements, air infiltration, water penetration, seismic movements and structural grade and weathering grade shall be "Dow corning - USA" or " GE Silicon - USA" or "Wacker - Germany" as per the design requirement at all height and level as per direction of EIC.
Providing and fixing Suncontrol polyster frosted film of 3M make on glasses of railings with shade as approved by EIC. The rate is inclusive of opening & fixing of the railing glass along with removal of the existing glass film & cleaning of the glass surface thoroughly before the application of the new film, complete as per the direction of EIC. (If any damage or breaking of the glass or other members occur during working, the responsibility & cost will be borne by the agency)
Providing and fixing Radium Yellow strip 6 inch wide (Make 3M) as per the instructions and direction of EIC.
Providing and fixing Radium 2” Yellow Strip (Anti Skid Tape) (Make 3M) as per the instructions and direction of EIC.
Providing and fixing Suncontrol polyster frosted film of 3M make on glasses with shade as approved by EIC. The rate is inclusive of cleaning of the glass surface thoroughly before the application of the new film, complete as per the direction of EIC.
Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 25 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.
