SCH 'A' PART X(MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part-II.

(A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M & L for using approved colour coding as per IS with flameproof point wiring concealed in wall/ ceiling / roof with necessary fixing arrangements with stranded PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm(nominal area) PVC (FRLS) , 1100 volts grade drawn in and including ISI marked (IS 9537 Part II) of latest edition ERW stove enamelled, rigid steel conduit (metallic) not less than 20 mm dia with all flame proof fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc all as per relevant IS and type tested/ approved by CMRI Dhanbad fixed with solid backed distance saddles & nettle fold GI screws all as specified including one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor of 1100volts grade for continuous earthing for one light point/fan point controlled by one no. FLP rotary switch. Note : Flame proof accessories included in quoted rate except BOQ item no. 15.

All as per item No 10 here in before with 4 sqmm size cable for one 3 pin 5/15A socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring concealed in wall/ ceiling / roof with necessary fixing arrangements using approved colour coding as per IS with single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked drawn through ISI marked (IS 9537 Part II) of latest edition ERW stove enamelled rigid steel conduit suitable for wiring, suitable for wiring not less than 32mm with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc and making good the disturbed surface complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-chargeNote : Flame proof accessoreis shall be measured and paid separately )

4 runs of 6sqmm size main cable and two runs of 6 sqmm size of earth continuity conductor.

M&L for Earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, returning refilling in and removing of surplus soil to a distance upto 50mtr,PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber (using 20mm grade stone agreegates) with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both ways MS handle 12mm dia, 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, GI funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade and lugs, main Earthing lead up to 7.5 mtr incl. Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Pt-I 1991 specification.Note :- (i) The excess requirement (if more than 7.5 Mtr) of GI strip and their joints for connecting up to the test point will be measured and paid separately) (ii) The excavation exceeds if any will be deemed to be included in the item rate.

(B) COOLING APPLIANCE

Supply, Install and testing flameproof air cooled split unit room air conditioner with inverter compressor electric driven single phase of capacity 1.5TR, 5 Star BEE rated complete including provision of MS angle iron stand/bracket water outlet pipe to appropriate point and other necessary accessories etc and making good the disturbed surface all as directed by engr-in-charge and as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for single phase 25amps 240V 50Hz two pole switch socket and plug combined in LM6 flame proof fitting and connecting with the wiring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flame proof concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with 4 Sqmm two nos single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS CABLE, 1100V grade, IS-694 marked with multistranded copper conductor and earth continuity wire with similar 4 Sqmm cable ( including connecting to earth dolly) drawn through ISI marked (IS 9537 Part II) of latest edition ERW stove enamelled, steel conduit concealed in wall , not less than 25mm dia with and including flame proof bends and elbows , couplers, bell mouth reducer, junction box all as per relevant LS and type tested approved by CMRI Dhanbad fixed with solid backed distance saddles & nestie fold GI screws all as specified for One 3 Pin socket outlet controlled by two pole switch socket and plug combined in LM6 flame proof fitting complete all as specified and directed.

(D) EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, Installed and testing of LT panel board out door type, weather and vermin proof, factory fabricated, cubical type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick with mounting on frame of angle iron 50X50X5MM fixed on ground but not less than height 30cm from ground level suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 4 wire system with from openable each compartment and front double door with sliding bolt for locking arrangement with PVC star screwing hinged arrangement, epoxy power coated , internal wiring complete with copper conductor cable for metering system and CT's complete all as specified, comprising by providing of the following equipments/fittments complet:-

(a) Aluminium bus bar suitable for three phase four wire system of current rating 400 amps covered with coloured PVC sleeves as per colour code mounted on DMC insulators 01 Set. (b) MCCB 4 pole 415Volts of current rating 250Amps, thermal release rupturing capacity 25 KA-01No. (b1) MCCB 4 Pole of current rating 63A, thermal release and rupturing capacity 16 KA - 03 Nos (c) MCCB, 4 pole of current rating 32 Amps thermal release and rupturing capacity 16 KA -04 Nos. (d) Digital Multi function meter 96mm square mounted type 0-500 volts-01No. (f) Indicating Neon (RYB) Lamp set of three - 01Set (g) Internal wiring complete with copper cables of suitable size and lugs including gland packing complete (h) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in foundation incl earth work, form work rendering etc complete all as specified. (k) Analog time switch 03 module with contactor-01 set

S&F double wall corrugated high density polymer ethyl (HDPE) pipe for laying of electric cableof 63mm outer dia and 51mm inner dia with IS 14930 (Part 2) 2001 laid in trenches, wall floor pole including bends sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick and burried directly Jr, ground (earth pit not less than2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to GI earth plate with GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and indicates including testing on completion including PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cement concrete & 40mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 02 Nos lifting handles of 12mm dia MS plain bar , GI pipe 50mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth lead protection etc complete all as specified. Note: GI strip beyond 7.5 metres shall be measured and paid seperately.

(E) FIRE POINTS

M&L for construction of fire point with permanant specification made out by CGI sheet on angle iron trusses support on angle iron post with brick plinth etc., excavation and earthwork, painting to steel work, white whash to plinth etc complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

(F) ARMOUR PLATE

S&F 100mm thick spade heat treated plates in CQA(M)-51 specifications with hardness 321-377 BHN including drilling holes, welding etc as required for fixing all as specified and directed and as shown in drawing.

Note: The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 51 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
