Poly Electrolyte (PE) in sealed bag confirmed to IS code

Poly Aluminium Chlorite (PAC) 10% content in sealed HDPE container confirmed to IS code

Supply only the following items for reparing of main operating control panel at STP:-

Power contactor 415V, 32A, integrated auxillary contacts as per existing size suitable for mounting in the existing din rail

Power contactor 415V, 20 KW, 27 HP with integrated auxillary contact block 415V, 3.6 A as per existing size suitable for mounting in the existing din rail

Power contactor 415V, 15 KW, 20 HP as per existing size suitable for mounting in the existing din rail

Power contactor 415V, 11 KW, 15 HP with integrated auxillary contact block 415V, 3.6 A as per existing size suitable for mounting in the existing din rail

Power contactor 415V, 7.5 KW, 10 HP with integrated auxillary contact block 415V, 3.6 A as per existing size suitable for mounting in the existing din rail

Power contactor 415V, 4 KW, 5 HP with integrated auxillary contact block 415V, 3.6 A as per existing size suitable for mounting in the existing din rail

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure made of MS sheet 3.15mm thick dust proof outdoor type factory made size 45cmx30cmx15cm front openable with locking arrangement, incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, providing opening for cable entry and exit. The enclosure should be fastening with stud bolts, nuts and washer over the wall etc with 12 way terminal block suitable for fixing 16 Sqmm aluminium cable, mounting accessory for terminal block complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of MS pipe 150mm bore medium grade for MBBR including cutting, welding and fabricating to match as per existing shape including necessary flange, bend, tee, reducer, including nuts, bolts, washers inclusive of one primer coat, two coat of synthetic enamel paint over the pipe all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying in replacement of MS pipe 100mm bore medium grade for MBBR including cutting, welding and fabricating to match as per existing shape including necessary flange, bend, tee, reducer, including nuts, bolts, washers inclusive of one primer coat, two coat of synthetic enamel paint over the pipe all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying in replacement of MS pipe 80mm bore medium grade for MBBR including cutting, welding and fabricating to match as per existing shape including necessary flange, bend, tee, reducer, including nuts, bolts, washers inclusive of one primer coat, two coat of synthetic enamel paint over the pipe all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning of sewage MBBR Reactor, No-01&02 tube settler by using water jet spray machine to remove the sludge deposits on the interior surface of the reactor, in tube settler, in drain etc

Chemical analysis test (COD / BOD) for treated effluent from recognized / authorized testing laboratory as and when recommended by the Engineer - in- charge.

M & L for cleaning of sludge from drying beds & drains of STP by manual and removing sludge outside defence land covered with earth on top. Note: (i) All T&P for working at site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates (ii) The contractor is responsible for all safety of men employed by him during work at site.

M & L for rewinding of 3 phase electric non clog submersible motor of capacity 10 HP capacity with super enameled copper conductor of same guage weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency including tying the windings and connecting the coils and bringing the connections as that of exisitng complete including replacement of worn out/unserviceable bearings and water seal etc, re-conditioning of shaft by metal filling, grinding, finishing all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rate of transportation of pump motor from site to workshop and back is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contactor. (ii) The rent of T&P for handling the pump motor assembly during dismantling, refixing, commissioning and testing is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contatcor. (iii) The rate for disinfecting/chemical wash of the pump before opening the motor for repairing at workshop is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor.

M&L for Top up FAB (Fluidized aerated bed reactor) 20mm x 16mm media of Aeration 1 & Aeration 2 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L as in replacement of air flow meter of capacity 72 to 225 Cubic Mtr/Hr for compressor all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Suppy and fixing in replacement butterfly valve 100 mm bore incl. jointing with MS nuts, bolts packing, minor adjustment complete all as specified and directed

Suppy and fixing in replacement butterfly valve 200 mm bore incl. jointing with MS nuts, bolts packing, minor adjustment complete all as specified and directed

Suppy and fixing in replacement butterfly valve 130 mm bore incl. jointing with MS nuts, bolts packing, minor adjustment complete all as specified and directed

Supply only DI (Ductile iron) specials such as bends, tees, collars, tail pieces, straight/angle connecting pieces any type (flanged ends, socketed ends or flanged/socketed ends) complete suitable for CI/DI mains of sizes 80 to 300 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for servicing and replacement of unserviceable parts of air blower twin lobe type compressor incl. jointing with MS nuts, bolts packing, minor adjustment complete all as specified and directed. Note spare parts like casing ,casing cover -A , casing cover-B ,outer casing -A,outer casing -b,Rotor-I, Rotor-II ,pressing Bush A & B, Piston Ring , Injection Ring A-II, Injection Ring A I & B, spherical roller bearing, withdrawl sleeve, deep groove ball bearing, angular contact ball bearing, splash guard, distance bush ,lock nut , distance bush, o ring, oil seal, locking washer ,H.H. bolt for locking washer , spring washer ,pressing ring, H.H. bolt for pressing ring, spring washer , intermediate ring, ger wheel I, gear wheel II, tensioning element, pressure flange ,allen cap screw for gear locking, gasket A &B for casing/outer cover, dowel pin for casing and casing cover -A & B, dowel pin for casing cover A & outer cover A, hex nut for dowel pin, allen cap screw for casing & casing cover , spring washer ,allen cap screw for casing , casing cover -A & outer cover A, key ,leg(horizontal) allen cap screw for horizontal leg, hex bolt for suction & delivery flanges,oil draining plug ,breather ,oil level sight glass ,leg(vertical) gasket for casing / main cover rates of these parts are included in quoted rates. Including oil for filling.
