Excavating trenches in all kind of soil of required width for pipes, cables etc. including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m. including getting out the excavated soil & then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc & disposig of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m. Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80mm dia. But not exceeding 300 mm diameter.

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km. (5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, ramming, dressing etc rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre constructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc, complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313(PartII 1981)Alderine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or Chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows : (1)Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 liters per sqm. (2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/sqm (3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters/sqm (4) Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building 7.5 liters/sqm. (5) Treatment of soil under apron along external perimter 5 liters/sqm.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegatations grass, bush, wood trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm. Measured at a height of 1 metre above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of area cleared.
