TENDER CAPACITY AS MENTIONED IN QR. The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent or Charted Accountant.

The Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover not less than the value of amount put to tender. Note: Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited. Audited Profit and Loss Statement & Balance Sheets duly certified by Chartered Accountant

The liquid assets (Cash at Bank PLUS Terms Deposits PLUS availability of fund-based credit/OD facilities) of the bidder on or after the date of notification of tender, in any Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank shall not be less than 25% of the amount put to tender. Cash at Bank PLUS Term Deposits PLUS availability of credit facility/Overdraft shall be supported by a certificate issued by any Nationalised/Scheduled commercial bank in the prescribed format

Bidder shall possess a valid Class-I /Super Grade Electrical Contractor License issued by Government Electrical Inspectorate Authority or competent authority of GOI. Original scanned Valid Class-I/Super Grade Electrical License

The bidder shall possess valid EPF, ESI, GST registration, Labour License, and PAN Card. Original Valid scanned documents

The bidder should not have been Blacklisted or declared as a Defaulter by any Government Department/PSU/ESCOMS in Karnataka or in any other state. Self-declaration in this regard on Rs.500 Stamp Paper

The Bidder should have executed HT/LT overhead or UG/AB Cable/Covered Conductor works under Total Turnkey basis in any Government Utility or PSU in CESC Jurisdiction or CESC, worth not less than 90% of amount put to tender in any one of the previous Five financial years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 or in the current year. Note: The value of the completed works shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited. Original scanned Work Award and corresponding Work Completion Certificates issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Equivalent rank Officer of respective Government Utility/PSU in CESC Jurisdiction/CESC
