Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M & L for super gloss/ hi gloss vitrified tiles of approved colour and design in flooring of size 600mmx1200 mm etc. as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for supper gloss/ hi gloss vitrified tiles of approved colour and design in vertical surfaces 600mmx1200 mm including provision of high lighter tiles/boarder and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored 2T adhesive to match over incl Master bond OBL-315 Powerfix polymer modified adhesive with enhanced high bond polymers for fixing wall tiles Having classification C2TE accod to European norms as per IS 15477-2019 Type 2T adhesive complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for light shade Vitrified tiles 8 to 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified tile 8 to 9mm thick polished, area of tile n exc.0.36 sqm as in Skirting set and jointed in cement slurry over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L Non Skid ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic walls tiles coloured (300 x 600 mm/300x450), 7mm thick, for works on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados of 1st quality , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair as in backing layer.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete as in levelling of floor etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness on steps, jambs, pillars, walls, cooking platform, floors, aprons, skirting etc laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 18 to 19 mm thick Granite (of any type and colour) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills and cooking platforms including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl all moulding etc complete all as specified & as directed.
