Attending emergecy break down works for EA sets upto 63 kVA by deputing skilled technician to identify the fault and inform the same to the concerned Engineer in - Charge, rectifying the fault and bringing the DG in working condition in case of minor faults.

Repair of 24 V DC burnt out Starting Motor of above 63 kVA Engine Alternator set by rdisconnecting the Battery cable connections, taking it to work shop for repair and Service by replacing the folloing faulty components testing at work shop and bring back to site, fixing to Engine, reconnction of battery leads, testing etc. as required (a) Pinion Gear teeth filling

Attending idle Engine of 6R Kirloskar at Fire Station BSNL Bhavan Adarshnagar by complete cleaning of EA set, removing and cleaning of chowked fuel pipe lines, filling of water in the existing radiator, connection of battery cables, releasing of Air lock, cleaning of Nozzle pressure pipes, arranging external Diesel by bypassing the existing diesel tank for starting the EA set and testing etc. for checking the water pump fuction and pressure etc. as required during the Inspection of concerned officers etc. as required

Supply and fixing of 12V SMPS Battery charger for charging of existing battery including interconnections etc. as required.

Complete cleaning of Diesel tank with necessary cleaning agents, checking of leakages if any before installing the same and connecting the fuel flexible pipes to the existing EA set for both suction and return including disconnection of existing fuel pipe lines etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of new high pressure hydraulic pressure pipes externally by disconnecting the underground MS fuel line for suction and return to EA set including hydraulic crimping of banzos at both ends for both pipes etc as required.

Providing and fixing of MS cover plate of size 11"x11" for filling of diesel from the top including fixing arrangement etc. as required.

General servicing of the existing 30kVA oil cooled AVR including cleaning, replacing the components testing the same and other connected works.

Supplying and fixing of following electronic and electric components related to AVR including removing of burned components, testing etc, as required. (a) New Control board and PCB

(c) RYB Indicator bulbs
