S&F of mineral fibre acoustic suspended ceiling system with prima fine fissured (K2C2) tile with semi concealed grid , the tile should have humidity resistance (RH) of 99% , NRC upto 0.6, light reflectance> 83%, thermal conductivity K= 0.052 to 0.057 w/m, colour white fire performance class O/class 1 (BS476 part6 &7) in module sizeof 600x 600x16 mm with Bio block coating on the face of the tile, impact resistant and suitable for green bldg application, eith recycled contentof 63 %. The tile shall be laid on semi concealed grid system with 15 mm white flange incorporating 6 mm central reveal/Flat in white/black colour and with web height of 38 mm and load carring capacity of minimum 11.68 kg/sqm.Silhouette. main runner and cross tees to have mitred ends & birdmouth notches to provide mitred cruciform junction. The T sections have galvanising of 120 gms/sqm and passed through 500 hrs of salt test. and hangers 4 mm dia G.I (up to 1200 mm length ) adusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long complete all as specified . and the tile and grid system used together should carry a 15 year warrantee ( Make : armstrong, saint Gobain)

M&L for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60cm x 60cm in size fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid including 4 mm dia. GI mild steel plain wire complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab complete all as specified as directed by steps of treatment as under:-. (a) One Coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm and on On the dried old roof treatment surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps or cold sticker shall be applied. (b) APP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with plain finish shall be laid over the hot bitumen to make it sandwitched with bitumen on roof surfaces (c) Apply two coats of bituminous aluminium paint. (d) the overlap of APP shall be done with torch application, a minimum overlap of 150mm shall be made at the end and 100mm shall be made at the longitudinal sides of the polymeric membrance respectively and sealed all ovelaps and joints as directed.

M&L for Repairs to sunken slab complete all as specified as under and as directed :- (a) M&L application of 1:3 cement - Sand mortar, mixed with Silka latex emulsion (300 gram in 1 kg cement) as a coving at the corners of floor and the vertical surface in the sunken area and between floor and walls in the remaining area (b) M&L applicatin Silka to seal 109 hi @2.20 kg per sqm each coat or as per manufacture instructin acrylic based, ready to use, cementitious, water proof coating on to the prepared surface in a continuous film on the floor of the sunken area, taking the coating over the vertical surface s on the floor and over the coving on to the wall (before tiling) to at least 300 mm above the final finished floor level. The coating shall also be continued onbe the inner surfices of the pipe penetration holes. Two coats shall be applied & fiber glass cloth to be laid in between coats (c) M&L application of sikagrd694F(i) 2 100 gram per sqm or as per manufacture instruction a moisture insensitive epoxy putty in a continuious 10 mm thick gasket around the pipes to a width of approximately 15mm (d) M&L application of protective screed concrete at a desired thickness admixed with silja clim pink @100 gram per sqm or as per manufacturer instruction.

M&L grouting the joints of flooring any type and any size of tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade 0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg, including filling grouting and finishing complete all as per specified and directed.
