Earth work in embankment with material obtained from the borrow area including all leads, & lifts breaking of clodes dressing, laid in layers not exceeding 25 cm loose thickness i/c watering and rolling to the desired density as per clause No 305 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works(vth) revision of 2013|\latest edition as per approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete in all respect.

Providing and laying 200 mm thick in two layer ( 100mm each) open graded granular sub-base consisting of 100mm thick ( Bottom layer) filter/ seperation layer conforming to table 400.1 grading -III of MORT&H specification 5th revision and balance thickness 100mm thick ( upper layer) drainage layer conforming to table 400.1 grading -VI of MORT&H 5th edition/ 2013 mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve course desired density complete as per clause no. 401 of MORT&H specification. Note;- Only crushed stone material should be used on local sand/ tibbas sand shall be used. the material finer than 425 micron shall have zero plasticity index (PI) )

Providing and laying spreading and compacting 250 mm thick wet mix macadam (WMM) course in three layer ( 75+75+100mm) conforming to as per clause no. 406 of MORT&H specification 5th revision 2013 including premixing with water to OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/ base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with power/ vibratory roller to achieve the desired density for all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per MORT&H specification 2013. Note;- Only crushed stone material should be used on local sand/ tibbas sand shall be used. the material finer than 425 micron shall have zero plasticity index (PI) )

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 @ 60 kg per hundred sqm on new WMM surface and complete in all respects including cost of emulsion as per clause No. 502 of MORT&H specification 5th revision. Instructions issued by MORT&H from time to time regarding bitumen emulsion will be followed strictly.

Providing & laying Bituminous tack coat of Bitumen Grade VG-10 using 2.00 Kg per 10 Sqm area on existing Bituminous surface complete in all respect including cost of Bitumen emulsion as per clause No. 503 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision of 2013 / latest edition. Instruction issued from time to time regarding bitumen will be followed strictly.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick compacted Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) in one layer with 80-100 TPH batch type hot mix plant and with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrator and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No. 505, and 113.3 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of 2013 / latest edition using minimum 4.00 % bitumen grade [VG - 30] as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respect i/c cost of bitumen, instruction issued from time to time by MORT&H regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver finisher with electronic sensor device conforming to MORT&H specification in mandatory. If bitumen required more than 4.00% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. Thickness of DBM laid over the existing Black Top surface is to be adjusted in such a manner that a camber of 2.5% is achieved. Any extra quantity over and above the quantity provided in the DNIT, required to achieve 2.5% camber shall be incidental to work. Note :- Before carrying out bituminous work, coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS-6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95% anti stripping agent will be used by contractor. The anti- stripping agent should conform to the requirement as stipulated in IS 14982-:2017. The cost so incurred will be considered as incidental to work and nothing extra shall be payable . The type and brand of anti-stripping agent along with procedure shall be approved by SE –in-Charge in writing before start of work. A proper record of results a be maintained and same shall be submitted along with bills by the contractor.

Providing and laying 40 mm compacted thickness of Bituminous Concrete (BC) in one layer with 80-100 THP Batch Type Hot Mix Plant with bituminous binder Grade Vg-40 @ 5.4% (minimum by weight of total mix with proper arrangement, , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory or with pneumatic tyred roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a tyre pressure of at least 0.56 MPa and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification (Vth revision)-2013 Clause No. 507 complete in all respect . If bitumen required is more than 5.4% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, Extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. Note :- Before laying BC on existing road surface , any existing pot holes, cracks shall be repaired and sealed in accordance with clause No. 3007-2 and 3004.3 / Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in MB nut no payment on this account shall be made, these dare incidental to work.

Providing & Marking center line / side line 2.5mm thick (minimum) with hot applied thermo-plastic road marking paint 10 Cms wide/ 15cm wide complete in all respect such as furnishing all labour, materials, tolls equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out in work at site confirming to the technical specification as clause No. 803 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) of 2013/ Latest edition. Each container of the thermoplastic material shall have the name trademark or other means of identification of manufacturer, batch number, date of manufacture color maximum application temperature and maximum heating temperature. The thermoplastic paint material shall be of Asian Paint-Apcomark/Berger-Sigmarc/Prismo. The glass beads shall be of Potters/Sovitec/Fleolite. The thermoplastic material shall be sampled and tested in accordance with appropriate ASTM/BS method. The contractor shall furnish to the Engineer-in-Charge a copy of certified test reports from the manufacturer of the thermoplastic material meet all requirement of the specifications. The reflectorzing glass beads shall meet the requirement of clause 803.4.2 and test methods mentioned in clause 803.4.2.4 shall be meticulou8sly followed. The minimum thickness specified is exclusive of surface of glass beads . the method of thickness measurement shall be in accordance with appendix B and C of BS:3262 (part-3). Note:- Before start of work the contractor shall give brand , batch no. , manufacturing date of the material to be used.
