M&L for disconnecting of electric connection and dismantling complete solar water heating system of capacity 500 ltrs (five panels) per day including hot & cold water pipes and hot water tank complete and refixing after repairing the system fixing back in position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for :-(a) Making good the worn out missing nuts bolts, washers, union sockets, flanges and screws etc.(b) Dismantling the solar panel descaling of hot water pipes by using appropriate chemicals, cleaning and washing all copper tube thoroughly cleaning the complete panel, making the tubes scale free and re-assembling the panel.(c) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks. (d) All other materials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per item No 01 here in before but of capacity 1500 ltrs (15 panel) per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing solar energy master collector panel of size (1m X 2m) made of aluminium body with toughened glass compete with copper fins of capacity 100 ltrs (one panel) per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing solar energy collector panel of size (1m X 2m) made of aluminium body with toughened glass compete with copper fins of capacity 100 ltrs (one panel) per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement, solar panel toughened glass (1m X 2m) having thickness 5 mm all as per the existing model of system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement, solar panel gasket made out of fine rubber to make system air tight, dust and water proof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing, as in replacement, copper tubes dia 1/2 inch and length 2m with collectors fins for solar energy collector panel complete of same dia and thickness as per existing, brazing by copper alloy brazing rod with the existing inlet/outlet hot/cold water pipes to make the panel water tight complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing compressed glass wool 48 mm thick between solar energy collector panel copper tubes frame and aluminum body panel including securing it on panel by means of necessary adhesives all as directed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in replacement, aluminium sheet cover 25 gauge as per existing size to protect glass wool on solar energy collector panel, fixing with frame of solar panel by means of screws all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as recommende by manufacturer.

S&F in replacement solar energy collector panel manifold 1.40 mtr long, made of 20 mm dia copper tube having 1 No MS flange 74 mm dia welded at each end duly drilled for nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rate quoted deemed to be included for welding of solar collector tubes with manifold all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as recommended by manufacturer.

S&F in repair hose pipe for hot/ cold water for solar system of suitable length as existing size complete with 02 Nos clamps all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for insulation of hot water pipe with glass wool and covering with aluminium sheet cladding 25 gauge for 20 mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : GI pipe if replaced shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for insulation of hot water pipe with black Cover pipe sleeves made out of polyethylene or neoprene foam to reduce heat losses for 20 mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Bldg Height Min 15 mtr insulation of pipe to be done on down pipes of said bldgs if required. Note : GI pipe if replaced shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F as in repairs heating element for solar water heater of wattage 3.0 KW operating on 240 V AC, all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs thermostat for solar water heater of wattage 3.0 KW operating on 240 V AC, all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

S & F in repairs rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I of capacity 500 Litres all as specified and directed .

M&L in repair hot water storage tank of food grade stainless steel 304 grade 1 mm thick 500 ltr capacity with heat exchange having outer aluminium (aluminium sheet thickness 25 Gauge) cladding with 50 mm thick glass wool and making all electric and water connection incl water supply fittings like GI union, socket, Nipples etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair hot water storage tank of food grade stainless steel 304 grade 1 mm thick 200 ltr capacity with heat exchange having outer aluminium (aluminium sheet thickness 25 Gauge) cladding with 50 mm thick glass wool incl taking down old one and making all electric and water connection incl water supply fittings like GI union, socket, Nipples etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair hot water storage tank of food grade stainless steel 304 grade 1 mm thick 1500 ltr capacity with heat exchange having outer aluminium (aluminium sheet thickness 25 Gauge) cladding with 50 mm thick glass wool incl taking down old one and making all electric and water connection incl water supply fittings like GI union, socket, Nipples etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair & servicing of storage type elect. water heater of any make of storage capacity 50 Ltr comprising of the following tasks at different locations of Lalgarh Jattan Mil Stn.(a) Inspection , taking down , opening ( dismentaling ) descaling , brushing , cleaning of storage tank internally complete all as directed. (Repair to leakage if any shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of BOQ). (b) Examine water tightness of storage tank after cleaning. (c ) Check out operation of all stop cocks , pressure reducing valves etc. to ensures free movement of the working parts. (d) Replace washers and glands of all taps and ball valves to ensure water tightness. (e) Inspect overflow / vent pipes and remove blockages obstructions if any.(f) Check and correct earth continuty of eletrical items.(g) Check maintain and refit thermostates and test its functioning.(h) Checking and adjustment of pressure reducing valves.(j) Checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve (PRV) by removing dead weight properly cleaning the seat and ensuring that the vent hole is not blocked / chocked.(k) Visual examination of fusible plug to ensure its intactness.(l) Descaling of the immertion type heating element and cleaning with diluted hydrocloric acid or clear pedette solution and testing before refixing (m) Replacement / repair of neon lamp/indicator lamp.(n) Replacement of the rubber /pvc gasket to ensure water tightness. (o) New item when ever required shall be paid under respective item of BOQ item as supply only but fixing of the same is including in the rates of the above item.

All as per item No 22 here in before but of capacity 25 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only thermostates ISI marked for 25/50 ltrs capacity geyser for srl item No 22 & 23 above complete all as specified and directed. Note : Fixing shall be measured and paid under item No 22 & 23 above.

Supply only safety valve / high pressure valve for 25/50 Ltr cap geysers ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed. Note : Fixing shall be measured and paid under item No 22 & 23 above.

Supply only heating element of 1.5 KW rating as required at site including rubber washers ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Note : Fixing shall be measured and paid under item No 23 above.

Supply only heating element of 2 KW rating as required at site including rubber washers ISI marked complete all as specified and directed Note : Fixing shall be measured and paid under item No 22 above.

Supply only storage tank 25 ltrs capacity made out of stainless steel sheet and confirming to IS- 2082 (1973) of existing size and fixing the same complete all as specified and directed Note : Fixing shall be measured and paid under item No 22 & 23 above.

Supply only apparatus plate for 25/50 ltrs capacity geysers incl rubber gasket/ screw/ nut bolt of required size incl making thread if required complete all as specified and directed Note : Fixing shall be measured and paid under item No 22 & 23 above.

M & L in repair PVC connection pipes suitable for hot water with brass hexagonal addoptres both side, suitable for 15 mm dia pipe 45 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair cast copper alloy chromium plated connection for hot water 15 mm size of length 450 mm with nuts all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

M&L for repair to leakage of copper of water heater by necessary welding or by brazing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Strip opening and refixing shall be paid under item No 1 & 2 above.

M & L for preparation of steel surface and applying of one coat of synthetic enameled paint whitewith spray gun including writing of MES Nos with black paint complete all as directed for 25 Ltrs capacity geysers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from mild steel sections Fe-290 (Gde -165) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs gunmetal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes 20 mm bore as in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

S & F in repairs 20 mm bore medium grade GI tubes, with all necessary fittings laid on walls & ceiling or laid in floor all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore medium grade GI tubes, with all necessary fittings laid on walls & ceiling or laid in floor all as specified and directed

Cutting existing 20 mm/ 15 mm bore GI tubing for alteration or addition including union of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore stop valve, cast copper alloy screwed down, fancy type, chromium plated, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends of iron pipe or for union and fixed all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

S & F in repair sheet metal single pole and neutral enclosure 240 volts with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with 20 Amp single pole MCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm twin core FRLSH type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L as in repairs submain wiring with two run of single core cables PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed 4 Sqmm stranded copper conductor drawn in existing conduit with and including PVC FRLS insulated 4 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note: PVC cables Three run single core 4sqmm (one for live, neutral and earth each) will be considered as one unit.
