Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, five crushed stone sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and using etc., complete complying with standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five M.sand and Ten hard broken stone) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and Erecting, Steel Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmX60cm and BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmX25mmX3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmX6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not less than 75cm centre to centre at sutiable intervals etc., complete in all floors as directed by the departmental officers complying with standard specifications. The payment for centering shall be made only after the concrete laid. The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor.-

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of M.sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.-

Supplying and fixing in position best approved ISI quality PVC Rainwater Downfall pipes having working pressure of 4kg/cm2 including cost of PVC pipe, with necessary shoes, bends, nails, teakwood plugs, screws etc, and fixing of cast iron gratings of required dia metre and special clamps at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finshing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of removable cast iron gratings. The size of teak wood plugs to be used shall be 150mm x 25mm in front and 200mm x 75mm in rear and all other sides to a depth of 100mm. The PVC pipe shall be fixed with teakwood plugs by means of "U" Clamps using brass screws. Special types of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipeline shall be fixed in addition to those for more than 3 metre pipe length complying with standard specifications.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken Portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred throughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. Stainless Steel (Salem Stainless Steel) Door Frame (Box Section using Stainless Steel Plate of 1.6mm thick) of size 100mm x 60mm with a rebate of 30 / 35mm x 15mm on one side of the frame including supplying and fixing dovetail splayed end stainless steel hold fast etc., with one coat of zinc chnomate yellow primer and filling the inside hallow portion with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm HBG stone jelly etc,complete complying with standard specification.

The single core door made of rigid WPC compound with minimum Bulk Density of 900 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. For the aesthetic appearance, the door shall be a printed digitally on one side of the shutter and the design is as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. FLOORING - SEAMLESS VINYL FLOORING WITH ANTISTATIC AND ANTIMICROBIAL PORPERTY. It shall be self-leveling 3.00mm anti-static seamless PVC flooring. Floor shall be smooth, non-slip, impervious material conductive enough to dissipate static electricity but not conductive enough to endanger personnel from electric shock It shall be Electro Static Discharge (ESD) combat PVC seamless flooring of very high quality thickness not less than 2.00mm. Continuous roll shall be used and with minimum joints. The joints to be welded by special PV thermal units using PVC welding bars of same colors. The sheet shall be highly durable to shock and indentation. It shall be scratch proof, inert to body fluids, chemicals and disinfectants & shall not be affected by the temperature variations.

The flooring shall be done by skilled workers of the accredited agencies, authorized by the supplier of PVC sheets. The Electrical resistance (Point to ground) shall be within 2.5 X 104 to 5 X 106 Ohms. The floor shall not allow buildup of Electrical charges beyond 100V due to antistatic effect. The corners shall not be terminated sharply & concealed coving shall be used to overlap the wall panel to a height of approx. 25mm & sealed perfectly & uniformly. Critical processes of punching are done on CNC machine to maintain dimensional accuracy of hole within 0.1mm, powder coating done after seven-tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and door shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT 64kg/m density mineral wool of 100mm thickness as acoustic material.

Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy. The maximum permissible sound pressure level should be as per the norms prescribed by the Central Pollution Control Board/ State Pollution Control Board/ Competent Authority concerned or should be within 75 db(A) at 1 meter from the enclosure surface whichever is advantageous to the department. The emergency stop should be available on the enclosure panel. The enclosure provided shall be duly approved by the Engine Manufacturer of the Engine provided for Diesel Generator Set mounted inside and should be to the satisfaction of inspection/ testing authority concerned.

SURFACE TREATMENT – PAINTING : The enclosure shall be suitably treated for degreasing, de-rusting and phosphating. The canopies are passed through seven-tank treatment thoroughly. ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF CANOPIES : Canopy fabricated on CNC machines with dimensional accuracy of 0.1mm so as to increase its durability. Special designed supporting rips/structures are used in canopies so as to give sturdiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG sets if any. WORLD CLASS COOLING PACKAGE: Canopies shall have cooling package for which it can perform at 45 deg C ambient temperature. No grounding required on the ground, only a level surface capable of withstanding the DG weight. Lifting hooks shall be provided for the acoustic enclosure, which should be unloaded independently of the DG set. The Gen set frame shall also be provided with hooks for unloading. Temperature rise inside the canopy: Canopies shall be designed so as to maintain the temperature difference between ambient and air inlet at cleaner within the enclosure well with in 5-7 deg centigrade.

D) Base Frame Base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brush less alternator closely coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it. The supply of Gen set includes loading, unloading and transportation charges.

E) Fuel Tank Fuel tank of atleast 300 Ltrs capacity shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame.
