Providing, supplying, Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate to WBM in one layers of total 200 mm loose and 150mm compacted thickness using apprx 63-40mm nominal size hand broken stone of approved quality including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory road roller 8to10T capacity to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density (compacted thickness 150mm will be meausred for payment)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run Bitumen of grade 60/70 penetration including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen mechanically operated spray unit, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On WBM / WMM @ 0.75 kg / sqm

Providing laying bituminous macadam of thickness 50 to 75 mm as directed on prepared surface with spcified graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base / binder courseincluding loading of aggregate with FE loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen ( @ 3.5% by weight of total mix) in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with paver to the requied level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per specification to achieve the proper compaction including preparation and consolidation of surface/sub grade with power roller (8T to 12T) but excluding the cost of primer / tack coat. Providing and laying dense bituminous concrete of thickness 25 to 40 mm as directed on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregate for wearing course including loading of aggregate with FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen ( @ 7.5% by weight of total mix) with filler and stone aggregate in hot mix plant transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the requied level and grade and rolling with power rollers (8T to 12T), spreading the stone sand over the compacted surface as per specification but excluding cost of primer / tack coat. Providing and fixing 2mm thick semi transparent polycarbonate profile roofing sheet of approved make and colour to make any normal roofing /covering and fixing as per manufacture specification at spacing not more than 1.2 m centre to centre with EPDM gasket and silicon sealant fixed with self drilling stainless steel screws all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length of 12.00 met. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by the Engineer-incharge (Galvalume sheet roofing 0.50 mm Thickness in Single sheet)

Clearing of the area mechanically / manually by CLEARING JUNGLE, GRASS OR RUBBISH and AREA LEVELLING including uprooting of rank vegetation, removing of the existing grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 300mm at ground level, removal of ground weeds by uprooting and removal of the inert matter , dumping the clear materials in the area with a lead of about 2 Km as directed and as per the specification of the EIC

Providing, supplying backhoe loader cum excavator including operator and helper for executing the works like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning, Clearing Jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings including removal of rubbish etc. to the periphery of the area to be cleared as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) Rate per working hour shall include all fuel, consumables and maintenance expenses. The break-down or maintenance hours will not be considered as working hours and no measurement shall be paid for the same. 2) A log book shall be maintained by the contractor at site and daily record & signature for authorized working hours shall be taken from the Engineer-in-charge. The log book record only will be considered for measurement and release of payment.

Assistance to perform various material shifting activities/site cleaning/office work by unskilled manpower with necessary accessories. Note :“Task” means execution of above specified work with supply of one person for eight hours.
