Providing plinth protection 50 mm ( fifty millimetre) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimetre) nominal size including finishing the top surfaces of concrete smooth including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- all work upto plinth level. 1: 2 :4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 30cm in girth and finished even and smooth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :- ( 1 :6)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in necessary including racking out the old putty. Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm ( weight not less then 10kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board ( Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement partical board in ceiling etc. Complete ( frame work to be paid seperatately)

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. Complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying C.I Cover 0.60 x 0.55

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work,including hollow section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge
