DSR 2023 ITEMS

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete :

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

White washing with lime to give an even shade :

Old work (two or more coats) .

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work.

Polishing on wood work with ready made wax polish of approved brand and manufacture :

Old work .

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

LMR ITEMS

Replacement of 12 mm thick commercial plywood in place of existing damaged plywood in wooden cupboard / cabinate etc all complete as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick commercial ply veneering of approved make in wall panelling with necessary screw , nail , adhesive all complete as per direction of E-in-C.

Arranging electric welding machine at site for repairing works etc. with necessary cables and other T&P including the cost of operator and electrodes but excluding the cost of necessary steel sections complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Half day work at one compound shall be taken as one job.)

Suply of M.S. structural steel section such as flat , square bars, angle , Tee or all members of steel window of z section for repair work of existing steel frame , door or grill etc.

Supply of stainless steel wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm

Providing manual assistance for minor civil works such as minor repairing in door shutters and fittings, replacement of damaged wire mesh in existing door shutters, cleaning or regrouting of toilet tiles etc as per direction of Engineer In charge .
