2.8.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means infoundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan)including dressing of sides and ramming ofbottoms, lift upto 1.5m, inclu-ding gettingout the excavated soil and disposal ofsurplus excavated soil as directed , withina lead of 50m -All kinds of soil.

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

4.1.10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding thecost of centering and shuttering.- All workupto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarsesand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mmnominal size).

5.1.2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and re inforcement -All work upto plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1 .5 coarse sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

5.1.3.1 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finish-ing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) - (Using cement SRPC).

5.12 Providing,hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands ,copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plainwindow sills and the like including thecost of required centring, shuttering,finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.9.1 Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.- Usingsteel sheet with M.S.frames.

5.9.2 Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal ofform for: Walls (any thickness) includingattached pilasters, buttresses, plinth andstring courses etc.- Using steel sheet withM.S.frames.

5.9.3 Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal ofform for: suspended floors, roofs, landings , balconies and access platform -Using steel sheet with M.S.frames.

5.22.6 Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting ,bending , placingin position and binding all complete -Thermo - Mechanically treated bars (TISCON/ VIZAG / IISCO /SAIL / JSW) includingplacing the M30 grade Athees make coverblock @ 60cm centre to centre.

11.3.1 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate)finished with a floating coat of neatcement including cement slurry, butexcluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal sizestone aggregate.

13.1.1 12mm cement plaster of mix: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

2.27C.1 Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller,or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes capacity including all leads and lift (payment will be made base on level measurement).

30.8 Providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC pipe(4kg/cm2) in weep holes including cement concrete 1:5:10( one cement 5 sand and 10 graded stone aggregate)and filling of pebbles etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
