WATER SUPPLY

Drilling of 500mm dia bore with Reverse Rotatry Rig in all kinds of soil including the cost of consumable stores, fuel oil and transportation of rig to the site. complete in all respect.

a) Drilling of 500mm dia bore with Reverse Rotatry Rig Upto 150 m depth BGL.

b) Drilling of 500mm dia bore with Reverse Rotatry Rig Beyond 150 m depth BGL up to 300 Mtr Note: 1. Erection of dismantling of boring plant including all arrangement for the transportation of the boring equipment to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by the contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell to be arranged by the firm/contractor at site at his own cost. 2.In case the bore is converted into a tubewell payment of bore shall be made up to the bail plug, plus margin (7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirement whichever is less) required for sustaining the main bore paid at the rate of beyond margin shall be paid at the rate of test bore drilling.

Making electric Logging of borehole with electronic well logger including cost of equipment at site etc.complete in all respect

Supplying, lowering of MS Pipe as per IS:4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore.

( c)) 200mm nominal diameter (weight 33.6 kg per metre) 6.4mm thickness

Supplying, Fixing & lowering of Stainless Steel Cage type wire wound screen as per IS:8110-2000 or latest ISI marked Duly welded with suitable grade S.S welding electrode.to lower the strainer into tubewell bore.

k) 200mm Steel Strainer (slot size 0.75mm) 6.30 mm thickness

Supplying, Fixing & lowering of Stainless Steel Socket as per IS:8110-2000 or latest ISI marked Duly welded with suitable grade S.S welding electrode.to lower the strainer into tubewell bore complete in all respect.

b) 200mm internal diameter

Supplying, lowering & fixing of M.S Special socket to connect S.S Strainer to M.S Pipe duly welded with suitable grade welding electrode complete in all respect.

Supplying and fixing mild steel centering guides made out of 32mm x 6mm thick M.S. bar complete in all respects.

Supplying at site Wooden Box of suitable size with Lid & locking arrangment for preserving strata sample collected from the bore.

Collection of sieve sample from different strata and testing of sample from approved laboratory

Supplying at site of gravel of 1/16" to 1/8" sizes including pouring and packing in the annular space between the pipes assembly and the bore.The gravel should be free from, dust,dirt, or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/1967 with latest amendments (to be paid as per actual length of pipe)

Supplying and fixing M.S well cap having thread to fix on housing pipe complete in all respect.

Supplying & Fixing of bail plug of M.S pipe complete with inverted U-hook attched to the bottom plug complete in all respect.

Supplying & fixing of M.S Clamp of size 150mm X 12mm made out of MS Flat 1.52m long, suitable to fit Housing pipe including the cost Nut & Bolts of Suitable size complete in all respect.

Development and Stabilizing of the tubewell with air compressor of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in- charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

(b)) Capacity of Air compressor 550 cfm at 600 PSI

Development and Stabilizing of the tubewell with submersible pump of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in- charge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Testing of water sample for Heavy metal from approved laboratory (Toxic material such as Arsenic, lead, mercury, pesticide,Uranium etc.)

Drilling of test bore hole including the rate for logging (Electric logging shall be carried out by Contractor upto full depth) to be paid only for the drilling depth beyond the bail plug margin or the tubewell is abandoned (Rs. 60000 paid if tubewell is abandoned)

Provision for sterilisation of Tubewell and clay seal of 3 mtr thick As per BIS 2800:2019 complete in all respect.

RCC OHSR Constructing of 1 No. RCC OHSR of 50KL Capacity having staging Height 17.00 mtr. & FSL 20.00 mtr from formation level complete with external RCC Stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single manhole cover lightning conductor etc. complete as described in schedule No.3 providing and fixing CI/ DI K9 D/F expansion Joints, bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design on basis of enclosed drawing Duck foot bends, Conforming IS-9523 with latest amendments) and D1 19 D/F sluice Valve duty ISI marked (IS 14846-2000 Or latest on each with inlet outlet and scour pipes. Including Providing and Installing inlet outlet scour pipe and overflow DI K-9 double flanged pressure pipes centrifugally cast as per IS 8329-2000 with latest amendment duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot Bond and further up to 2.75 mtr. As per detail specification TMT steel & painting of all complete shall he included in cost & P/F aluminum ladder inside/steel ladder outside tank of the OHSR including testing of soil bearing capacity tested from the reputated institute such as PEC Chandigarh / TTT Sector-26, Chandigarh GNEC/Ludhiana/Thapar Institute of Engineer and Technology Patiala Complete in all respect SBC shall be tested in the presence of Engineer or his representative as per specifications. (The specifications & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of Soil is not less than 8.75 tons per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of soil is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. The contractor shall summit his own design keeping in view seismic Zone-IV for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard, drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+ Prevailing Ceiling Premium including overflow houdi, including providing and fixing water Level indicating system and construction of plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe wall with including foundation depth, earthing cc 1:8:16 with 40mm stone aggregate and conglomerate floor 40mm with CC 1:24 as per DWCC specification. Providing & applying, integral crystalling slurry of hydrophilic in nature for water proofing management for vertical and horizontal surface and swellable type water stop tape.
