1-Electrification work in connection with Provision of 05 nos. of Lifts at
Design, manufacture, display of wall/hanging/floor mounting type LED illuminated sign/direction boards in various shapes (single & Double sided horizontal & vertical Elliptical/Parabolic full elliptical/half elliptical/half elliptical/Semi Elliptical or other types as per site requirement/flat snigle & double sided wall mounted/ circulating area signage) as per site requirement (decided by Sr.DEE(G)Agra). The display sheet shall be of unbreakable translucent 1 polycarbonate sheet of 2mm to 3mm thickness the text/graphics matter visibility shall not be less than 160 deg. The approved colour text and graphics shall be printed/routed cut on monogenic calendared vinly of 70 um thickness and shall be firmly pasted on display sheets. The mounting arrangement shall be hanging, wall mounting, ceiling mounting, pole mounting or floor mounting and as per site requirement. The signage shall have the integral mounting arrangements with sturdy structural frame and ACP cladding on the back side of the signage to avoid rusting and entry of dust. The LED board shall have uniform illumination with 4-8W/Sq.Ft and with brightness more than ambient light. Suitable size end cap of 1.5mm thick SS 304 should be provided. (Note:- Signage boards to be provided as per Railway Board Guildlines issued on April-2023 or latest) Square

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 400A MCCB 2 nos. as incoming and 1no.Auto changeover switch and 6 nos. 125 A MCCB and 4nos.63 A MCCB, 04 nos.32 A DP MCB and 4nos. 16 A DP MCB as outgoing complete with busbars, neutral link, etc. The price shall cover the cost of supply ,loading, transportation, unloading to the site, erection, testing and commissioning of 3 phase outdoor (Canopy/Hut Type) & double door type LT distribution panel comprising 2 nos. 400Amps FP MCCB as incoming with 1 no. 400 Amps automatic transfer switch (without, manual and 3 by pass arrangements) and 6nos.125 Amps FPMCCB, 4 nos.63Amps FP MCCB, 04nos. 32Amps DPMCB and 4 nos.16Amps DP MCB as outgoing with 4 nos. copper bus-bars of size 50 x 7 mm, RYB indicator, digital multifunctioning Energy meter (KWH, Volt, Amp),selector switches, indicator lamps(LED type)with cable alley chamber and other associated accessories complete with cable termination by cable gland, lug, nut bolt etc. All internal wiring in the panels shall be carried out using FRLSH wires. The MCCB shall be adjustable type having ground fault module with (Ics =100%Icu) and breaking capacity of MCCBs shall be 50 KA for 400A & 250 AMCCBs, 35 KA for125A & 63 A MCCB and 10 KA for MCB. The enclosure of LT pane l shall be fabricated of12SWG CRCA sheet, weather proof powder coated type with other accessories. The panel board shall be wall mounted /CC flooring with MS stand made of MS angle of size 50 mm x 50mm x 6 mm and skeleton type angle structures with holes for cable entry & exit as per site condition. The angle structure of panel should be covered with M.S. Sheet and duly painted. The panel board shall be properly earthed as per IS. The successful tenderer shall be required to submit circuit diagram and block diagram for the panel board and start fabrication after approval of the same by Sr.DEE (G)'s office. The LT panel shall be designed manufactured and all type tested in accordance with the latest relevant IEC(viz. IEC 61439 1-6,60947-2, 60898-12002 or latest)standards. The contractor shall submit original test report from CPRI/ERDA / Any other equivalent Govt. Testing Agencies.
Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all 4 accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) (15.15.1)
Laying/Cleating erection,Testing & Commissioning of HT/LT Cable 03/04 Core on wall with all accessories & refilling of cable trench (asper IE rule) after laying of cable (Cable will be supplied by Rly free of cost at Consignee Depot)
Excavation of cable trench:-This item shall be operated in conformity with IS:1255(latest version) i.e. code of practice for installation and maintenance of HT/LT cables. The price shall cover cost of excavation of cable trench in all type of soil for laying LT cables and back filling the same with sieved earth and finishing the surface in its original condition after providing sand, & bricks in cross position. For LT/HT cables the trench shall be 600mm wide x 1000mmdeep. In 6 trench the cable shall be covered with rivers and at a depth of 100mm below the cable and 100mm above the cable than placing well-burned bricks continuously in cross position through out the cable route in the ground. The bottom of the trench should level free from stones and sharp edge of rocks etc. At the termination a loop of 5 meter(approx.) cable shall be kept as allowance and loops rings be formed as per the site condition, in the ground, The cost shall include the cost of all materials i.e. sand, bricks, cable route markers (grouted in the earth firmly with cement concrete so that it can not be uprooted by miscreants) etc at 25m.interval and each turn of the cable.
Horizontal boring of cable duct at 1.4 to 2.1 mtr. depth from the bottom of 7 sleeper/ground label and laying of120 mm Dia HDPE DWC pipes for cable crossing under track/ road .The work shall be done as per extant practice and instruction of site engineer. It includes supply of DWC/HDPE pipes conforming to IS14930(Part:2:2001)
Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. (5.2)
