Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis RCC framed structure building AUDITORIUM BLOCK (B+G+2), with support services & allied facilities such as Stage Lighting & Drapery Solution, installations of lifts, Acoustic Treatment for Auditorium, etc. by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works- Levelling, RCC Road, Footpath, External Sewerage, Filtered Water Supply, Distribution line upto 100mm Dia, Peripheral grid 150mm to 300 mm dia pipes, Unfiltered Water Supply distribution lines, Storm Water Drains, Rain Water Harvesting, Trenches for Services, Horticulture operations & Landscape work, boundary wall, Main entrance & exit gate & guard room, Underground sump, Tubewell, water cooler, Sewage & Drainage Pumps, Heat Pump for Water supply system , Electromechanical of WTP & RO system and ESS block as per directions & approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station equipments, DG set , UPS System, IP based CCTV system, Access Control System , Audio Visual/Conference System, Street lighting with LED , Emergency Light and Illuminated digital signages and Boom Barrier with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge..

Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis of HVAC works such as VRV/VRF system, Double Skin AHU for Auditorium, Ducting Grills / Diffusers etc. Smoke Extraction and Pressurization System, Indoor Air Quality with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Designing, planning, Supplying, Installation and commissioning of Furniture as per List of makes, specifications etc. as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
