Dismantling aluminium partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing board etc including disposal of unserviceable material and staking the same carefully with in the premises at all levels etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Shifting of the Dismantling aluminium partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing board e false ceiling etc along with fixtures from ITPL RSU to CTO Building , Bangalore including staking the materilas in place as deiginated by SDE Building incharge , all completeas per the direction of the Engineer in charge ( approximate area of partition materials 300 sqm and false ceiling materials of 50 sqm)

Erection and assembling of sound proof partition and aluminium partitions including aluminium frame work/glass/particle board, doors with the available materials by cutting to the required size etc & fixing to the walls/floors/RCC members/roof ceiling etc. with necessary cleats and rubber beading etc. complete as per the directions of engineer in charge.(The rate includes the cost of cleats, rubber beading and any other incidental materials).

Dismantling antistatic/PVC flooring including disposal of the disamntled materilas to the BBMP yard ,including Washing and cleaning the entire floor surface of the RSU with mild acid /soap solutions and making the floor neat al complete as perthe direction of the Engineer in Charge (Approximate Area of antistatic/PVC flooring 300 sqm)

Dismantling False ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and staking the same carefully with in the premises at all levels etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (Approximate Area of False ceiling 50 sqm)

Filling the made for fixing cable runners) and cracks in the walls /roof ceiling and covering it with putty and making the wall surface smooth to recive painting,at all levels etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. ( Approximate area 100 sqm wallarea and 50sqm ceiling area)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre -One coat

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Fixing dismantled false ceiling tiles in the new location in the same premises at all heights. Rate incudes runners hangers , rawl plugs( and other fixtures /fittingsfor fixing., nothing extra will be paid)
