Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of Oil Cooled, Copper wound, Step down, BIS marked and BEE Star labelled, Transformer of capacity 800 KVA trolly mounted outdoor type with latest features complete with standard fittings HT 11 KV Three Phase, LT 433 V Three Phase 4 wire, 50 C/S oil immersed, naturally cooled externally cooling tube delta connection on primary HT 11 KV side and star connection on secondary LT 433V with tapping at +/-2.5 %to +/-5 % & +/- 7.5 % on HV side and to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear including first filling of new transformer oil of dilectric strength not less than 55 KV with all fitting and accessories such as LT box with cable gland, HT box with cable gland, Silica gel, breather, Oil level indicator gauge, drain out valve (oil tank),exhaust vent, air release valve, temp gauge, cast iron wheel etc. comply EEL-2 IS:1180 2014 with

amendment 1, 2, 3 & 4 having total losses @ 50% load 2287W and total losses @ 100% load 6403W with following items all as specified and directed. The salient features of Transformer shall be as follows :- (i) Name, rating & diagram plate (ii) Off circuit tap changing switch (iii) Earthling terminals (iv) Lifting lugs (v) Oil drain valve with plug (vi) Oil filter valve with plug (vii) Conservator with oil filling hole (viii) Thermometer pocket (ix) Air release plug (x) Silica Gel Breather (xi) Removable inspection opening (xii) Explosion vent

(xiii) Transformer shall be oil immerse, naturally self cooled double wound copper, winding core type, MS radiater cooled tank complete with first fill of transformer oil plus 5% spare oil as per IS 335 of 1980 with test certificates with on cooling system. Note : (i) The Quoted Rate is deemed to include for supplying Transformers with standard fittings, connecting with electrical system, earthing, testing and commissioning. (ii) Trolley shall be measuared & paid separately under Srl. Item No. '2' here-in-below.

Rigidly welded construction duly ribbed bed mild steel Trolley suitable for mounting Transformer of capacity 800 KVA, outdoor type and LT Panel grouted, welding breezing on chassis, complete with stranded fittings made of channel 125 x 65 mm and mild steel chequered plate 6 mm thick as per size of Transformer with four intermediate numbers of channels 125 x 65 mm in between base frame with stand hook and three side openable comprising the following :- (a) Tyre with wheel drum - 04 nos and axle -tree of suitable size (Part No 6.00-16) as approved.. (b) Leaf spring 4 Tonne capacity axial movement - 04 Nos

(c) Toeing system made out of mild steel channel 50 x 100 mm with spring & hook. (d) Side railing 65 cm with welded mesh 25 x 50mm of 4 mm galvanized iron wire with frame work of angle iron 40 x 40x 6mm. (e) Painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (f) System for free movement of tyres at 180º in the toeing direction will be provided with provision of mild steel plate, brushing, bearing system with additional channel frame. Note : The size and design of the Trolley shall be as recommended by OEM of Transformer / LT Panel and duly approved by GE.

Supply install, testing & commissioning of LT Panel Board made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet conforming to IS-8623, outdoor cubical KIOSK type, totally enclosed weather, dust & vermin proof with front and rear opening, double door, 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, AC 50 Hz having copper bus bar of capacity 800 Amps for Three Phase (RYB) and 400Amps for Neutral, insulated with PVC sleeves coloured in RYB & black complete with copper conductor internal wiring & foundation with 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick angle iron frame grouted in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, upto height specified by manufacturer and as directed including painting all over internally and externally with poweder coated paint complete suitable for and including of the following items :-

Pressure die-cast aluminium IP 66 cool White Flood Light Luminaire with LED as Light source with rating not less than 120 Watt LED as light source on each corner of trolley with 02 metrs long 40mm GI pipe medium grade including necessary welding, brazing and brackets, double clamps of requisite size duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red-oxide complete with nut bolts and washers for fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying laying jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strips armoured heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 11000 Volt grade, 3 Core x 95 Sqmm conforming to IS 7098 Part-2) 2011 with upto date amendments and laid in trenches / ducts / pipe or on poles complete, all as specified and directed.

Supplying laying jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strips armoured heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 Volt grade, 3.5 Core x 240 Sqmm conforming to IS 7098 Part-I) 1988 with upto date amendments and laid in trenches / ducts / pipe or on poles complete, all as specified and directed.
