Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Binding wire, straightening the rods, welding of rods, dia above 25mm in all floors complying with standard specifications. [The welding should conform to BIS. Wherever required at contractor’s expense.
Manufacturing supplying and fixing of STEEL DOOR with following section. Outer frame 35 X 35 X 6mm Hollow steel special extruded section as at 3.28Kg/RM and shutter frame 25 X 25 X 5mm hollow steel special extruded section as at 3.28Kg/RM. Stiffeners with 25 X 6mm at 1.5 Kg/m MS flat is provided as the lock rail of the door and welded in fact on both ends to shutter frame. 18 gauge CR sheets of best quality is laid as panel is laid as panel in the shutters frames. 18X5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flat is welded over the 32X6mm at 1.50 Kg/m MS that on the rear side of the sand witching the CR sheet for rigidly. Additional stiffness with 18 X 5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flats are provided diagonally on the rear side of the shutter 2 Nos., of hinges in case of single leaf and 4 Nos., of hinges in case of double leaf shutter is provided 6 Nos., of hold lasts 120mm length spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolt 2 Nos., one at top and the other at bottom are provided. One aldrop is provided in case of double leaf door at lock rail section in the door. For single leaf doors one more aldrop is provided in the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the near side of the door at in appropriate place, in case of a double leaf door, MS flat 32 X 3mm at 1.10 Kg/m is provided on the edge of one shutter, to conceal the gap between the shutters. A tic bat is provided at the bottom of the outer frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation of fixing. All members are given a shop coat of red oxide primer etc., as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is include cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation, taxes and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
Design, fabrication, supply and erection of push and pull type rolling shutter with ISI mark at site of work made out of certain using 18G x 3" lath section bright CRCA strip in one piece without any welded joints at 76mm rolling centers interlocked with each other ends locked with heavy type cast iron / MS clips complete with lock plate using 10g MS sheets reinforced with 40mm x 40mm x 6mm MS angles at bottom and fitted with heavy letches and locking arrangements and handle on either side with pulling lock including necessary hood cover using 0.90mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25 x 25 x 3 MS angles or gate channel. The roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullys, fitted with heavy duty. 'C' class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile carbon coil springs (2 springs should be supplied) with all accessories, etc. complete. The rolling shutters shall be fixed with pressed guide channels of 10G MS sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar. Side brackets shall be 10G MS plates and cast iron 'U' clamp shall be riveted to the side brackets. The rolling shutters and accessories should be as per IS 6248 / 1979 specifications. The rolling shutter should be with two numbers of brass side locks and one number of brass centre lock with duplicate keys with necessary guide brackets for the locks, etc. The rolling shutters shall be coated with heavy coat of red oxide primer including inside portion of hood, etc. complete and as per the direction of departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing in position of weld mesh grill of size as may be directed using 40X40X6mm M.S. angle for outer frame, 40X6mm M.S. flats for bracings, 1¼”X 1¼”M.S. weld mesh 10 gauge for panels including cost of materials, labour for wrought and put up and applying a coat of primer etc., complete.
Supplying and fixing of “N” type ventilators using M.S. angles of size 25X25X5mm for frame and M.S. Tee of size 25X26X3mm M.S. flat of size 20X3mm for fixing the weld mesh.
