Earth Work Excavation for foundation in all types of soils and sub soils to full depth (such as Soils in Rock / Silt / Light Black Cotton Soil / Ordinary Soil ) except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, shuttering and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of 150 mm thick well rammed and consolidated, depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the Departmental Officers with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m. as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23&24VI (S2), VII 9,10

Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by mechanical means

Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10 stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete complying with standard specification. TNDSS NO: 30&86

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.-Mixing by mechanical means (S.No:135-SD Book Vol-I )

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3(One Part of cement, One and half Part of sand, Three Part of Aggregate) mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete to site and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 28 V,VI S25

Supply and Fixing Bitumen Pad 12 mm thick of approved quality including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges to site and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification

Picking the existing surface 3 to 5 cm deep removal of picked up staff to the side berms and using the useful metal to the road hand packing to camber sectioning levelling etc.,complete as per including labour charges for picking and other tools and plants etc., complete as per standard specifications. 404 of MORTH

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the materials with waterat OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying inuniform layers with paver sin Sub Base/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28 kgs of VG30( 60/70) bitumen and 3.02 Kg of Shredded plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30t on capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory/Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/9mpaver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Collection,supply and Spreading of U/S gravel for side berms from approved quarry to work site and stocking to the Departmental gauge for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Engineer, to required depth not more than 15cm depth including cost and Conveyance of gravel to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete complying with Standard Specification as per clause MORTH 30 Specification.
