SCHEDULE 'A' PART - I (B/R PORTION) :- Demolition of cement concrete or surkhi filling of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Roof treatment treatment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in roof padding concerte of average 50 mm thick with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item

M & L Cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm grades aggregate) in haunching concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cm 1 : 3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surfaces when PCC on roof surface is still green including finished even and fair etc complete all as directed. Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item

(i) Removing existing water proofing treatment of any description, any type on roofs, picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all loose particles, dust etc complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) While doing the treatment on existing roof, concrete should be thoroughly inspected for any significant distress,if any shall be repaired. rehabilitated and treated. Pipes over roof shall be realigned where ever required. (iii) Cleaning the surface of roof & up to 300 mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet, providing and laying fixing TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) water proofing membrane STP LIMITED SHALI TPO (Minimum 1.2 mm thick) Over a min 200 GSM Geo textile or Asian Paints TPO or equivalent product of M/s MC Bauchemic / CIPY/ SIKA / Pidilite or Dr Fixit TPO membrane, applied as per manufacturer's instructions. (iv) The work shall be carried out complete as per application and manufacturer's specifications authorised methodology. Execution to be done with trained/ skilled applicator of manufacturer as per the technical guidelines laid by manufacturer, Company guarantees to be given by contractor after completion of water proofing work before payment.

Removal of debris (Aggregates) obatained from demolition including loading and unloading to a distance of 5km from the starting point and deposited where directed etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and carry out expansion joint treatment after proper surface preparation to remove loose mortars, dust, foreign particles from joints, fixing of tightly packed closed cell polyethylene based back up rod or filler board to ensure no gaps or voids exists, mask face edge of the joint using masking tape for neat finish, application of polyurethane or polysulphide sealant (width to depth : 2:1 ratio) and allow it cure for 2 days. Mixing of Two part Epoxy Adhesive using slow speed drill till get homogeneous mix, apply it to prepared joint 1-2mm thick with notched trowel or putty blade, tooled to a smooth finish and finally fixing of Flexible expansion joint (FPO Tape) membrane Dr. Fixit Seal Tape/ Hydrogapshield available in 1mm thickness and 150 mm wide exhibiting superior mechanical properties like, Elongation >500%, Tensile Strength >12N/mm2, Tear Strength >200N above joint followed by another layer of epoxy adhesives as complete as per manufacturer’s specification. Epoxy adhesive shall be applied on outer edges of tape. For joint over end laps, the overlaps surfaces must be clean, wiped and lapped with 100 mm overlap. After application the system should be allowed to cure for 7 days complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removing of plants including roots by dismantling of brick work/PCC/RCC including necessary scaffolding , any type , any location/height( roof, parapet walls near pipes etc) and spraying the affected area with solution of 25ml Glyphosphate (4% content) diluted with 1 litre of water or as per manufacturer's instructions after removing roots from wall slabs for preventing the regrowing and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 with 12.5mm graded aggregate and plaster in CM 1:3 (Size of the disturbed portion 150X150X150mm) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting out V groove on cracks of walls and cleaning out, wetting, grouting with crack filler (Dr Fixit or equivalent) mixing with cement slurry, making good the surface by using CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 as required at site, as per manufactures instuctions, of any description and in any position, with necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2,1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) average 40 mm thick with water proofing compond finished in sunken floor portion etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1 : 3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth in sunken portion without using extra cement etc complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to sunken slabs as under complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) Preparation and cleaning of the existing sunken/owered portion of RCC slab surface for full depth of sunken floor by wire brush. chisel out any mortar sticking the surface. (ii) Applying STP LIMITED SHALIURETHANE BTD-BLACK (Minimum 0.80mm dft) over a priming coat of SHALIURETHANE BTD-BLACK 1:1 RÄTIO primer or equivalent product ofAsian paints /M/s MC Bauchemie/ CIPY/SIKA I Pidilite Dr Fixit Thermax / STP applied as per manufacturers instructions to bottom and full vertical sides of sunken floors (iii) Fill it with water and check for dampness and seepage. Incase the slightest indication of seepage / leekage is noticed, the same shall be rectified by injection grouting to seal all cracks or application of polymer modified mortar STP LIMITED SHALI SBR-LATEX or equivalent of M/s MC Bauchemie/CIPY SIKA / Pidilite Dr Fixit / Asian paints / Thermax / STP admixed with integral WPG or cementitous crystalline waterproofirg compound in the affected area to seal all cracks and mícro cracks if any, and this shall be done by contractor at his own cost. (iv) Apply additional coat of STP LIMITED SHALIURETHANE BTD-BLACK or equivalent of Asian paints / M/s MC Bauchemie / CIPYI SIKA/ Pidilite Dr Fixit / Thermax / STP (v) All junction points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy cement mortar.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor laying PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in floors/sub base of 75 mm average thick for etc finished fair and even etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, heath or wall tiling including cement sand mortar bedding and removing rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc including Screed bed or bedding in layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement plaster 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles coloured of size 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 X 350 X 7 mm thick as on walls over jointing in neet slurry and pointing in coloured cement to match the inside of tiles including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness as on platform, shelves, floors etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Exhaust Fan dismantling blades and removing fan and refixing Exhaust fan after completion of re-wiring and connecting up by cleaning / oiling etc including provision of 3 core flexible cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking Down 25 litre capacity geyser from position after disconnecting the inlet and out let connections and rusted nuts bolts, screws washers, gaskets, fusible plug, etc and fixing back geyser with new PVC heavy duty hot/cold connections etc complete all as specified and as directed.
