Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of different sizes in light colour shades made using Double Charge technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laid with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness. Size 600 mm x 600 mm complete in all respects to the satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Anti skid Vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado laid with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477 including grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/Semi Matt/Glosy/Highly Gloss finish/Highlighter/emboss conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 600 x 300 mm as approved by Engineer-in- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including grouting the joints of tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of wall tiles at any floor of the building, laid in cement mortar including scraping of cement plaster and disposal of malba at a suitable place within a distance of 100 Mtrs of the complex complete in all respect.

Removing of Doors to fix floor tiles, cutting/resizing of doors as per site requirement and fixing of these doors including accessories with chowkhats including cost of planning, screws, nails etc. complete in all respects. (Labour Charges Only)

Removal of 32 mm round vertical SS supports and railing from staircase, and refixing using chemical anchoring after drilling and welding including cost of chemical, fixtures like silicon etc. complete in all respects to the satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Removal of damaged wooden railing and providing and fixing of 40×40 mm SS-304 steel railing over glass top, plus 40×40 mm SS-304 vertical steel supports for balconies including fixing of existing toughened glass panels with required chemical,fasteners like silicon etc. complete in all respects as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Refinishing Italian marble floors including polishing/buffing them to a smooth and shiny finish, removing dirt and residue marks with required chemicals etc. complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.
