Part-A Pavement:

Scarifying the existing Bituminous Surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all leads and lifts upto 1km

WBM Grading 2 : P/L, spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incld. spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying & brooming with crushable, stone screening, binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse agg., watering and compacting to the required density grade 2 as per technical specification clause 405.manual means.including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Tack Coat: Providing and Laying tack coat with Bitumen (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.20 to 0.25 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

25mm thick semidense: Providing, laying semi-dense Bituminious concreate using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminios binder and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped wirth electronic sensor to the require grade, level and alignment and rolling with smoooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to acheive the desired compaction and density as per specification ,complete as per dirctions of Engineer-In-Charge 16.64.1 25mm compacted thickness with bitumeen of grade VG-10 @5% (percentage by weight of total mix) Quantity vide item 3 = 5355 sqm

Seal Coat :- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A/B as per Technical Specification Clause 510.specification 1995) by Mech. means using bitumen (S-90) .including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .Quantity vide item 3 = 5355Sqm

Construction of unlined surface drains manually using picks and shovels

Construction of Earthen Shoulders using ordinary earth well compacted using Roller 80-100 Kn capacity to achieve the desired density.

Part-B PCC Drain

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material in all type of soil upto 3m depth. )including all leads, lifts,etc (Finished work to be measured, complete)

Type B (First Class) bedding, Laying (first class) bedding of well compacted sand, moorum or approved granular material as per MORD technical specification clause 1105 (ii) including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .)

Providing concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications clause 802, 803, 1202, & 1203 in PCC Grade M-10 Nominal Mix (1:3:6)including cost of form-work & incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Providing conc. for plain cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202, and 1203 P.C.C. Grade M-15 (1:2.5:5)Nominal mix.including cost of form-work & incl. cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Part-C Retaining wall(Stone Masonary)

Providing P.C.C. M 20 coping on top of retaining wall / breast wall.complete as per drawing and technichal specification clause 615,710& 720 complete job as directed by engineer
