Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.20 to 0.25 Kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration graded bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with tree wheeled roller 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be follow by seal coat of either Type A, type B or type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. With cold mix Binder (As per)

Providing and fixing of typical citizen informatory sign board and maintenance informatory board with LOGO as per MORD specification and drawing Two Nos. MS plate of 1.6mm thick plate duly welded with 5m thick stile plate on back on edge. The 4 Nos. steel plate will be welded horizontally with 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm of 12 concrete M15 graded block of 600mm x 600mm x750mm, 750mm below ground level. The 2 nos. steel plate will be welded vertically to 2 Nos., 75x vertical tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lattering and printing arrows border etc. paint of superior with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sectioned of frame posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Cl. 1701 and annex 1700.1
