COST OF EQUIPMENT: Comprising of Platform, Structures, load-cells, Digital Weight Indicator Printer compatible with PC, PC with alpha-numeric key board, interconnecting cables, Junction box, UPS, Stabilizer, 17” LCD Colour Monitor, Mouse, Jumbo display unit for 60MT, 16mtr x 3.25mtr platform size pitless/Shallow type Lorry weigh bridge, including ex-factory price support sections,horizontal constructing arrangements and grunding parts etc, as required inclusive of all taxes and levies (inclusive of GST).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-40 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineerin- charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-40 is @ 390 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer (Analysed based on Item no. 16.43.2 of Civil DAR 2023 Vol.I & II )

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
